The hotel is in very good location. It is safe there and at 1 minute you have a lot of stores and restaurants that you can try. People are also nice there and you don t feel like an outsider. The hotel room is big. The stuff was super helpful and respectful with us.

The breakfast is not very vast. There are some indian dishes, but besides that you don t really have a lot of options. Just some bread with butter and jam or nutella and if you ask eggs. When we went, usually like 9 am the fruits amd other bakery items were already over. Also it was not the cleanest room. The sheets were a bit dirty when you uncovered and the sofa next to the bed as well. After we ask the next day for room service, they did not change the sheets (maybe they don t do it because we were still there - we also did not ask specifically). Overall i can not complain. It was a good hotel for the money and the location.

The breakfast was basic. However, it served my purpose there were fruits, cereals, egg preparations, canned juice, tea & coffee and a few hot dishes. The staff and service was excellent. Their chat system really makes ordering things in room and getting any help from house keeping very easy and smooth. Overall a very good stay.

Could have added a few more live counter items in buffet breakfast. The Room service menu had limited choices and the food preparation was just about okay. Not that great taste wise.

I Have stayed at Bloom Hotel many times, It is simply a lovely place to stay. Away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi located in GK-1, It is nice and peaceful, the staff are always helpful and provide excellent service. It is conveniently located with a lovely market behind where you will find all that you need be it food, shopping or just a coffee, I must recommend Moti Mahal which was simply the best food I have ever eaten. I will be returning to Delhi next year and will defiantly book another stay here.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay at his hotel. The room was bigger than expected, it was clean and I had plenty of room to put my big luggage. The blockout curtains are amazing. AC works very well. The hotel feels fairly quiet. This area of Delhi seems quieter and cleaner than other parts. Staff were respectful. I could leave my big luggage after check out for a few days which was very convenient.

Bathrooms are on the smaller size. Need more bathroom rugs due to water spilling easily everywhere. I don't know if value for money is here but I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice and polite. They’re always available even for late night check in. The food was also very good. Comfortable bed, good location. The room was bigger than expected. They helped me finding a private car to visit the main attractions for about $30 the day.

It has good ventilation in the room but I was not able to use the AC. Maybe a little price to use the laundry option (about $30 for small bag of clothes)

I have stayed in this hotel three times and would do so again. My rooms were quite spacious, the Owl coffee sachets were great and the shower water beautifully hot. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food to choose from. Some staff members went out of their way to make my stay special, including arranging a birthday cake for me (as it was my birthday the day after I arrived) 🙂

On my first arrival, after a long flight from Australia, my room wasn't available- not good when it's 8pm and there was no guarantee when it would be available. Also, an outdoor seating area would be a nice addition to the hotel.

Generally positive experience, clean and spacious rooms, fully functional facilities, stable wifi, air conditioning in order. Breakfast offers a variety of local food which is great. A reasonable walk from a metro station, restaurants and shops are also close.

Never received a full receipt, but that was not crucial.

This hotel is really a yellow ray of sunshine. Staff were wonderful, room spacious and clean. Proximity to MBlock market and having a landmark that tuk tuk drivers knew was useful. Will definitely book again.. whilst slightly higher prices than others in the area, the quality makes it worth the money.

-Very nice stuff, specially the security guy, who took care of the Tv, at it didn't worked at the beginning. He also never ask for money, also the other stuff, very good behaviour!!! —the suite was big enough, and clean, bathroom could be at some parts cleaner, but all in all it was good. - breakfast was OK, as they could use brown bread instead of white bread - for that what you get, I think the price should not be over 4500,-. - I still would come back, just because of the stuff

-no Netflix, as the browser of the tv was to slow and needed to be updated - not much international channel - why cooking plates, if you can't use them? As there are no utilities to use, even to heat up some leftovers

This boutique property has a great location. The beds are comfortable and the room has a pleasant decor. The staff is polite and feels safe.

The shower heads need cleaning and fixing as the water goes everywhere.
