The staff were very polite, They took care of your needs and had a very welcoming attitude. The restaurant was good value, plus there were a variety of choice's and the food was on a very high standard and flavourism .The facilities like the pool and gym was kept clean and it was a perfect for a hot summer day to have a splash.From the staff at the reception desk to the waiter's and security were very helpful and cater for your needs. Definitely will be back there soon.

The price of alcohol from the mini bar was alot cheaper than to have the same alcohol beverage from the bar downstairs .The hot water in the bathroom was only Luke warm that's needs to improve considerably.

The hotel and the rooms are very nice. Bed comfortable, shower fantastic. Housekeeping every day changes everything, always new water. The staff is very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast with live cooking station for omelette, fried egg,pancakes etc. Also the a la carte food is very good, for a hotel in a normal price range.

Sometimes it smells in the night if the AC is on ( it was on to heat, because in December it was pretty cold in the night). The housekeeping staff could be more considerate of the guests who are in the rooms, because they were every the very laud on the floors, which was disturbing. But if you told them, the respected it So still very nice people. Unfortunately the pool on the roof doesn’t match to the pictures, we didn’t use it because it was dirty, very cold and the environment looked lost, as nobody really takes care of it. But a lots of pigeons enjoyed it.

Everything was great; we stayed for 1 night to be closer to the airport for our early morning flight, and the staff made our stay very pleasant. The only location restaurant is amazing and they even made paneer Bhurji (which wasn’t on the menu but I had a craving for and they agreed to make it). They even offered to pack our breakfast for our early morning departure. Beds are comfy, 10/10 would recommend!

Pool area is underutilised - 1.) the resting chairs next to pool area are camaged by sun, could be replaced. 2.) There could be a nice bar or cafe on roof top with beautiful seating arrangement for which there is enough space. But today there is no way to spend long time next to pool. 3.) Please extend the pool area opening time, today it closes at 7pm. Would love it it could be till 9pm so one could relax after office hours.

There was leakage in the bathroom. The moment we entered, we realized it and called the room service, they came and fixed it, which unfortunately didn't happy. There some serious/big issue with the leakage in toilet seat of the bathroom. We had to use wet/dirty bathroom all the time. Except this...

The experience was great except for power outage one night several times and light and ac would switch off . Next morning my room was promptly changed. Excellent stay food ..chef even customised my pasta. The amenities gym was clean and well maintained. Courteous staff. easy to get a cab as well. I was not given wifi throughout i had to manage with my Hot spot from mobile thanks to airtel...overall safe and good place to stay . fresh linen and tidy room.big enough and spacious

Wifi is very poor that I feel compared to other similar standard hotels. View from room is not quite good, it was blocked all way. Some not quite sure for other room, but mine is like with out natural light. Big windows but outside is blocked by other buildings

Perfect over night stay after a 4 hour trip from Agra and was flying from Delhi the next day. Staff very friendly & attentive. Room was really big & clean. Food was good & reasonable priced Choose as had a pool & close to airport but also close enough to a new place we found DFL Cyberhub where there is plenty of bars shops & restaurants only a short taxi or TukTuk ride away.

I regularly book hotels for my leisure time with family. All the hotel provide same things . It's the people who make the difference. I like the behaviour of Country inn & Suite by Radisson Gurugram Sector 12 Staff and the whole team. All the order and request for room service, housekeeping, restaurant, valet parking 5/5. Even I like the ambiance. Keep up the good work.

I genuinely loved the hospitality, the staff (dining and housekeeping) were really nice people. Always helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone (within the relevant budget)

I felt the wifi could have been better. Not that it wasn't working, it worked well for 1-2 devices but they claimed that it worked for 4 devices, which wasn't the case.
