This is our first time stay at Ginger East Delhi in lean luxe room & it was completely excellent hospitality service from arrival to my departure specially I would like to thanks Mr Salamuddin for smooth check in and assistance for everything in friendly & Profesionally nature . Qmin menu is enough and very tasty food. Top floor luxe rooms were enough for couple were very clean and hygienic. During check out thanks to Api, and Rohit.

I had a fantastic and comfortable stay, from check-in to check-out , everything was seamless and perfect. The Hospitality was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Qmin Restaurant Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well- organised stay. Special thanks to Salamuddin, Ashmita , Api., Vipin and Housekeeping staff.

Loved staff, food was delicious, general look of the hotel was fab . It was colourful and v clean in communal areas Bed was amazing. Comfy with really clean white bed linen. Fridge / tea/ coffee facility was great . Shower was great and bathroom clean. Desk ,chair and wardrobe great additions.

Room was clean though it could do with a coat of paint and a new window blind The a/c was working but not well - needs a service. The room was a bit small.

I had stayed in this property last summer and again this summer. The staff here is absolute delight to work with! To name a few, Devyansh and Rashmi at Front Desk, Vipin at Restaurant, and Neeraj at housekeeping. They often ask me if I need anything as they see me in hallways. I’ll recommend this place for budget travelers who value clean space and fresh food.

i have made the booking from booking.com and the booking i made mistakenly without meal but the reception team are so kind that they have help me to get discount in the meal part also which make me very happy also the hotel team are very helpful the food was very testy and during my stay i feel like home i did not realize that i am staying in the hotel just because of there staff friendly nature specially Mr Slamuddin and Api Ekansh they both are very good and friendly

This was truly the best stay ever. The environment was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were handled with professionalism and ease. The hotel is beautiful – it's clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts to make you feel at home. We were in town for a stressful event, and returning to our room provided a much-needed sense of peace. A special thanks to individuals like Mr. Ekansh, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. Specially Mr Ekansh and Miss Api The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset. We stay here once a year at least for special events when we don’t want to drive home. Staff is always friendly. Very clean. Have never had a bad experience and it’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything.

enjoyable stay at ginger the cleaning of the hotel was very good also when u enter to the hotel the front desk will great you with snailing which is very good and during check in to the hotel they will let you know every thing what ever is necessary to us which was very good also if we want any this only we have to call once to Api or Ekansh they will make sure to get it done with in the short period of time we will differently recommend to stay
