The hotel service was excellent. The staff were willing to help anytime. We ordered a late night dinner and coffee, which was served promptly. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The room came with a walk -in wardrobe space, wall mirror, a partitioned shower area and dry area with a hair dryer and all necessary supplies. The room heater was my favorite bit in the December weather.

The kettle used by previous guests was not replaced.

Good rooms, big, with wardrobe, big window, table, very big bed and shower, nice bathroom. Very comfortable beds! For longer stay u really have place to collect all yours things in good organization. Very tasty Indian meals in restaurant, I recommend to get delivered it to the rooms. Once we ordered some sandwiches as a breakfast and it wasn't too good, but dinner and supper meals were really ok. Fridge was working very good. Personel was helpful. Meals and drinks ordered in hotel u can pay at the end of trip by cash or card.

Some dirt in bathroom, especially at the crashed phone, it should be replaced by something new. Also hotel should provided one small bottle of water per person everyday, at the whole stay we get half of this waters. The worst part of hotel is area where it is, one of the dirtiest part of Delhi.

I would start the review telling that I am quite spoiled for hotel, and I really care about cleaning and comfort. Well, againist every expectations, the Hotel Ritz is totally worth the money you spend. I guess it is okay for a short stay, maybe up to 3 days. The area is not good for walking honestly but it takes 5 minutes tuc-tuc from the city center and none of noisy we heard from outside. Bed comfy, room cleaned and everything we needed. Strong recommended

The outside area is not really good in terms of beauty but once you get into you forget of the outside. Just one point of weak: the breakfast. It should be reinforced and improved.

She also booked a complete trip from Delhi to Varanasi and forth to Agra for us. including transportation, accomodation and a guide for the best possible price. besides all this she provided us with a private car + driver (mr Nayaran). This was the best possible driver one can wish for. He stayed with us for 14 days and drove us to every single place (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Pushkar, Udaipur). This was far beyond any expectation that I had. Mrs Ranjana, her senior and driver Nayaran really go that extra mile for you to give you the best possible India experience that you can imagine!

The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to help me get a sim card and book tuktuk rides from the reception. The front door guard is extremely nice and helped me get change multiple times to pay drivers. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had good water pressure and hot water. The room service was quick and decent prices with lots of options.

The area the hotel is located in is rundown and feels unsafe. I didn't feel safe as a solo traveler walking around on my own. The streets are just narrow, dirty roads with trash everywhere. It was really hard to get Uber in this area, no drivers would pick up the jobs in any vehicle.

Everything was wonderful. So much over my expectations! The place was clean, everything worked perfectly and, even though it is close to the railway station, metro station and one of the main roads, it is also quiet. The staff was super nice and positive, and I was always welcomed with a smile. Haven't had the chance to try the restaurant, but the breakfast had enough options and tasted nice. There are also multiple great restaurants nearby. And the price was amazing!

The alley the restaurant is on gives an unsafe vibe, but this is just an appearance. The people are okay and don't bother you with anything.

It was a very pleasant surprise. The staff is super friendly and efficient, they will make their way out to help you and even propose intinerary to visit the city, arrange private transportation… communication at all times is easy. They offer complimentary airport pick up which is great (you only pay parking). The rooms are comfortable and clean/pleasant. Breakfast is good. Also we had good dinner.

The area is quite chaotic although the location of hotel is of easy access for exploring the city, having in mind that it’s dodgy in the surroundings.

wonderful, clean, safe and efficient hotel in the heart of old Delhi in Paharganj (not far from stupendous Red Fort, from Jame Mosque (Friday’s Mosque) where there are signs in Urdu (similar to Hindi but written in Arabic-Persian script not in Devanagari and its derivatives as every tongue of Hindu India as Bengali, Odiya, Punjabi etc). from Delhi Gate, India Gare, Connaught Square (with the enormous Indian flag waving) and from Hanuman Temple too ! very honest rate for a beautiful room (2830 Rs, to be paid when leaving) breakfast included

I spent a week at Hotel Ritz, the breakfast had a variety of delicious Indian and Western offerings, the room was super clean, a great spacious shower with hot water, and the cherry on the cake was the beautiful view from my room of a tree covered in beautiful pink flowers, with little sunbirds flying around. I liked that the AirPort Express Metro Line is within walking distance, even if you have to go through a very busy train station, it can be a little confusing to find the overhead footbridge that goes over the train tracks, but that shouldn't put you off!

This is by far the best place I experienced in India outside Ladakh, and one whose photos on booking.com keep their promise! The (female) manager and her staff are all extremely welcoming – you will have no problem while you will be there! The rooms are neat and clean and have everything you need. The whole building is well air-conditioned, the restaurant has a breakfast buffet + fresh omelette and rich menu until midnight, so even if you check in late you will not sleep hungry. The hotel is in a small sidestreet which is actually a plus because you are away from the noise and light of the bustling shopping area nearby, and hotel staff give you directions until you have arrived.

Water from the shower ran into the bathroom. (But I called the management and they took care of it.)
