The property was located in a prime area & the staff was so professional and gentle. We like a buffet setup and the large variety. The room service was so quick & the housekeeping always clean a room in a timely manner.

When we visited to the room. We didn’t find the shower cap inside the bathroom, however once we called the reception they provide as soon they can. We would recommend the front desk should keep the first aid box, is necessary to have it while any emergency case. Especially the daily check blood pressure machine. That was my advise. However, we love all other facilities available at the the hotel.

It is close to the Metro Station and my room was pretty clean (could be cleaner, especially the bath tub...). Room service was providing daily fresh water bottles.

Even though the breakfast buffet is very big and you have plenty of options, it is quite chaotic. You need to ask for every single thing extra (fork/ knife/ water/ coffee/...). I was traveling alone and when I went to get something from the buffet, either someone else was sitting there, or all my stuff was cleared and I had to ask for everything again (napkin, knife...). The process at the breakfast buffet must be improved!! Also the Check-In takes too long.

Everything about Radisson Blu Dwarka was just simply perfect and appropriate. The staff from reception to concierge were first class. The dining staff were 👌🏼Hitesh and Anil both went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable at every meal sitting. The spa, club, shops and Mall are ideal and just what's needed. I cannot find a fault with my stay and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone be they solo travellers, family, friends or business. Something for everyone. Thank you Radisson Blu Dwarka 🙏🏼

Room, Hotel, Swimming pool , Gym breakfast all Good and staff behaviour very Excellent , and Hotel location was very good near by Metro Dwarka Sector 13 and near by International airport awesome .

We arrived early morning, had sent messages to the hotel beforehand. We needed to just put our luggage after a long overnight travel. We were very happy to get a room with reasonable tariff till we shift to our allocated room at the regular check-in time. This was really very pleasant and satisfying to us.

The room cleaning could have been better, there was some bad smell coming out probably from the air-conditioning ducts. The staff were very helpful and sprayed room freshener whenever we asked. But I suppose a proper cleaning is required.

Hotel facilities are great for a comfortable stay.Given the tariffs are competitive in the neighbourhood area this property provided value for money.

Quiet property located near to the airport. It came with noisy guests and didn't match the ambience.Check-in timings and faster check-in are must have's in today's competitive hospo industry.Expect better policies and quieter rooms for next stay:)

Excellent location. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. The staffs at the restaurant was really nice. Check in process was quick and convenient.

The keycard wasnt working at the elevator, without identifying the issue the staff at the lobby kept sending the guest to different elevators ‘to try’ the keycards but the issue was with the elevator itself. Number of guests complaint of the same issues but noone came to assist, we had to keep walking back and forth for help. The situation could have been manage more efficiently.

1- My one fellow was not able to sleep that night, his flight was delayed for 3-4 hrs.. I have requested them that I will go to restaurant for my break fast but Pl send one break fast in my room they straight way refused this Very callous attitude…… 2- They don’t check the rooms before allotment. Iwas taking shower & suddenly I checked there are no towels in bathroom , I have to stand for 7-10 mins waiting for towels in this chilly cold. 3- I think they give second grade treatment for Booking.com clients.

Chef kailash took speical care of my food requirements every meal i had he made sure i get upto my taste Kaishav took care of my food nd beverages making sure my meal is reaching on time Bhavik at frent dest took care of all the formalities

it was a beautiful hotel..the sad thing was there was alot of mosquitoes at the entrance of the hotel in the evening. I feel they need to tackle this problem as soon as possible..ie they were tangled in my friends hair as we went down stairs to the hotel entrance to greet her.
