check out time staff who checked the room was weird calling reception that I have eaten chocolate so need to pay which really surprised me because I don’t eat sugar so no way of eating chocolate just a bite and keep back in the fridge which I wanted to share with people who thinking of staying here better check your room fridge like actually I did because wanted to drink beer which is in the menu but could not find in the fridge so 100% checked and saw the picture but onc you checked out staff said sir please pay for chocolate that had been eaten like bite. 1st time in my life time traveled almost around the world but had really bad experience in a 5 star hotel like Raddison sector 29 Gurgaon which I will never ever forget in life time

The Room says Executive but it's actually quite small, we were miss guided as to how it's been marketed on Booking.com, it's a 4 star property and the room changes are also not less they are well above and in the range of what we would pay in other 5 star properties. Apart from how it has been marketed and us not finding the room to our expectations, rest was all good

The ambience was amazing. My sister and me stayed at the property for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and very thoughtful. On Indian Independence Day, they had a cute decorated plate placed in our room. On the last day of our trip, they bid farewell to us with a delicious pastry and a cute message The food is great and the rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

The room size is very good and we loved our stay here thoroughly. We also requested for a complimentary birthday decoration. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our occasion special. I am thankful to them!

The breakfast area is on the ground floor itself; it got crowded when business meeting people came in on day 1.

The property is undergoing a construction, so pool and gym were unavailable and this information wasn't stated in anyplace in booking.com. Should be. And the shower pressure of the room I was, was definitely not ok. Very low pressure and water.

I believe the entire stay, though it was short, was beautiful. entire crew of Radisson is so good. I would like to mention of Ms Rajni Balhara for bringing not only the simile but also the warmth to make the guests so comfortable. She is an assest to the organization. Thanks for bring there! You guys Rock!

Staff is professional and polite , understand guest’s query and address it really well. Miss Rajni “Front office manager “ handled all my queries quite well.

Went with family, they need to improve on varieties of food in dinner. In sweets could only see donuts, bread cake which were not upto mark . Did not like it at all.

The staff on reception, especially Anurag, was exceptionally polite and courteous. Lucky to have him on the team. The hotel was exceptionally clean and bright. Great rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property if one needs to stay in the area for work or leisure. Keep up the good work.

I like it so much Clean. Comfortable. Nice location. I would like to thank the front desk receptionist who helped so much in every queries and provided me a late check out. Also people who are working in the restaurant are so kind
