It's always a pleasure to stay in this property. Goes without saying that it's made beautifully but every time I'm there, the staff's hospitality keeps getting better. Kudos to the training they get. It's evident that they really care about their customers. Visiting again super soon!

It's hard to really nitpick here but if I were to choose, then the cocktail that I had by the pool could've been better / finer considering what we were paying for the same. My sister owns a food and cocktail bar in Goa and she's self trained so we are a little finicky about the way cocktails are presented at fine places.

The chef was very supportive in my partners dietary preferences. They did a great job, making it keto friendly.. Also, the quality of toiletries was great, and healthy... The service was very helpful and polite...

As your chefs are quite capable, knowledgeable, and resourceful, it would be even better if you mention this about keto , and other diets in your menu. Also,if I try to be critical, the wash basin in the bathroom was a bit too cramped, it was a bit difficult to wash hands. Rest everything was a breeze...

Superb property with beautiful greenery and water body when you enter. Feels serene and peaceful though its on a main road. Rooms have a nice garden view, and are well appointed. Bed and pillows shine. Staff is excellent, from Suman at front desk to Kuldeep who helped with luggage to the In room dining wait staff. Food is pretty good, and particularly the Indian food in In room dining was stellar. Hot water in shower was exactly the right temperature. Minibar actually had good items in it.

Could have been more luggage assistance the moment you get out of your car, this was missing, had to take my luggage myself till reception. Also, at this price point, no bathtub in the room is disappointing

Beautiful architecture, transiting the city of Gurgaon ( more like a financial district/ Tech Hub Area) close to the cultural heritage New Delhi, very convenient located just 30 minutes from International Airport, perfectly for leisure. Best to book on arrival or departure, would save you time considering the traffic jam in India. The hotel belongs to Oberoi Group, the level of hospitality this group has its incomparable, the authentic culture mixed with modern makes everything luxuriate. Great staff , friendly, attentive, from reception staff Gujeeret ( not sure if I’m writing her name correctly) , we received the most beautiful room and the great welcoming in the hotel. Nitant, a lovely presence at the Lobby Bar , very friendly and helpful. Akash, Anshul, Prakash and so many others from the staff , even though I didn’t get their names, was offering the best service , very attentive and accommodating with our needs. Very stylish, chic, charming hotel and very clean, cleaning service from room was impeccable. Good choice for breakfast, very delicious and plenty of options, variety for lunch and dinner complimented with Indian, Mediterranean and Asian Fusion cuisine.

The architect of the hotel, the location, the garden and interior is so elegant and beautiful. The staff of the hotel are marvelous!! Very respectful, kind, customer driven and a lot of knowledge about the hotel's USP. The food was amazing, the breakfast was also good! Lots of choices. The rooms are good, the shower was very good! The taxi service from hotel to airport was also nice! Friendly driver. Overall a wonderful stay! And a special thank you to Ibrahim for entertaining us.

- We had a room next to the bar, at night you would hear the loud music. Which they eventually turn off at a specific hour. So if you want to sleep early you would hear it. - The restaurant Saffron has live entertainment, unfortunately if you sit in the back you cannot enjoy the performance since there are pillars blocking the view.

My recent stay at this hotel in Delhi was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning architecture seamlessly blends modern elegance with traditional Indian design, creating an aesthetic masterpiece. The staff were incredibly well-trained, helpful, and friendly, ensuring every need was met with a smile. We stayed one night at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff were very polite and professional. One of the female staff members took our photo upon arrival to our room without explaining the reason, but later we found out she wanted to prepare a surprise for us. The room was beautifully decorated, and there was a delicious cake prepared for us. All the restaurant staff were extremely professional, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. My wife really enjoyed the massage here, although, unfortunately, they didn’t have a male masseur, so I couldn’t use the massage services myself. The interior, pool, and gym were all excellent and very relaxing

Staff are extremely helpful and courteous, they genuinely go out of their way to make you comfortable. The hotel is built on a very large property so one literally enters a quiet, peaceful haven in the middle of this very busy and polluted cyber city. I had some special requirements which they provided without fail.

The beds are too soft. Indian beds are very healthy in that they are firm and support the back very well. My older mother complained that she could not rest well on the soft and high beds. Some rooms should have the option of firm beds.

We stayed for our last night in India after a two week family tour. Children aged 10 and 5 years old. Stayed in a room and hotel happily added an extra bed at no extra charge. The main bed was more than ample for two adults and a 5 year old. This stay was much needed. The hotel staff are very attentive. The pool is large and clean. The dining was a real treat. The buffet was very impressive. My favourite meal was the breakfast buffet. At around £12.50 per adult and half that for the children, it was expensive for India but worth every penny. Fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, eggs to order, cereal, juices, tea, it literally was never ending! The hotel architecture is impressive. Outside in the evening was a DJ. It was a magnificent end to the holiday. The reception staff happily ordered us an Uber to the airport which took say 20 minutes and cost 500 Rupees. We chose this hotel as we stayed at The Maidens hotel for the first few days when we arrived in Delhi and were very impressed with The Trident Group. We wished we had stayed longer here. It really was the cream on top of a wonderful family holiday in India. Expensive but worth every penny. Luxurious and self indulgent end to the holiday. The children were so happy here and we have some lovely memories. I rate this hotel highly and was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Thankyou especially to Kartik our waiter for his kindness and help. He is a real credit to the hotel
