Staff at the reception and the restaurant were amazing. I had some specific requirement for my coffee at breakfast. They fixed my coffee as I wanted, for the next 4 days I stayed, I did not have to inform them how I wanted it, they even if there was a change of attending person brought my coffee as I wanted. The persons on the receptions were amazingly very helpful too. Its a bit late that I am reviewing this stay, hence do not recall the names of people who attended to us. Even the valet guys were so good. Overall the 5 day stay was exactly how you would such a longish stay to go

Everything but the taste of food. The housekeeping service were friendly with our senior citizen mother.

The puri-bhaji, batatawada, medu Vada at breakfast wasn't something to rave about. The Indian restaurant mutton shorba was pathetic, worse was the tomato shorba. Housekeeping kept the iron in our room the next day. The floor towel was cleared but not replaced on the 2nd day. The spa is almost always without a receptionist. Spa costs are exorbitant.

Overall, the property is good, the rooms are comfortable and the staff helpful. The breakfast is reasonably good and offers good value for the price we paid. The property is a 10 min walk from Phoenix Market City mall in Viman Nagar and 20-30 min walk from the Aga Khan Palace. Overall it offered good value at a good price.

I would like to call out the exceptional customer service by Abhishek. He went above and beyond and we would definitely return to this property. I also want to appreciate the efforts from Lucky and Radhika. Pleasant stay and when compared against other hotels in the area, four points stands out.

Good location, decent hotel, good breakfast selection and general basic facilities that you'd get in any business hotel of this sort.

Checkin process is extremely slow, checkout is even slower, the staff just go here and there and they just struggle making you wonder what is really wrong. The rooms are a little run down and are very noisy, they transmit noise from the next room (even though non-connecting) and the corridors are very noisy too and they just transmit the noise like crazy.

My meeting was in Viman Nagar so the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was nice and spacious, and I was upgraded to the Executive Floor, which was a bonus. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Small things, like my ask for a hard bed, were attended to promptly and attended to my satisfaction.

The entire stay was more than expectations, Srija and Jitendra at reception, Babasaheb and Vinay at the breakfast counter, the rest of the house keeping crew, restaurant crew were too good. Dinner at the restaurant was lovely as well. Enjoyable and lovely stay, Highly recommended

The intercom can be made functional. The hotel can consider a larger PET bottle of water to conserve plastics

The location is just perfect, just 15 minute away from Pune's International Airport at Lohegaon, this hotel is adjacent to many other international hotel chains. Plus Phoenix Mall being just a stone's throw away was also an added bonus. Finally, the view from our room overlooking the Ahmedabad-Pune highway was fantastic!

The response time to our in-room service requests could've been better. We had to make multiple calls at times to get the stuff we wanted in our rooms. Also, the variety of the food served in the breakfast buffet could be worked on.
