Exceptional Stay at O Hotel Koregaon Park I recently had the pleasure of staying at O Hotel Koregaon Park for three days, and I cannot express how delightful my experience was. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Firstly, I would like to commend Nikita, the receptionist, for her warm and welcoming nature. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Nikita even assisted us in checking in early, understanding the needs of our infant and making our arrival stress-free. The service staff, including Asavari, Sudhir, and Tanushka, truly made our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and genuine care were evident in every interaction. They not only looked after us exceptionally well but also went the extra mile to cater to the needs of our baby. Their professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service were truly commendable. A special mention goes to Sudhir, who recommended the most delicious food at the Indian restaurant. His expertise and knowledge of the menu added an extra layer of delight to our dining experience. His passion for his work and attention to detail were evident in every dish he suggested. Amazing place to stay very courteous staff and excellent breakfast and dinner served at blue pepper restaurant We opted for half board non smoking Premier Room with spa tub and i must say I was mesmerized by the room and the spa tub loved the light systems 😃 Breakfast was superrbb with the best cheese masala omlette eaten so far Hats off to the girl who new our palate and prepared exactly to cater to our tastebuds Right from the bell boy Naresh to Uma at the entrance of Blue Pepper with her warm pleasing smile to Sudarshan who was so amazing and helped us to choose from the dinner options a la carte to our chai served to us in cutting cups by Krishna we loved the experience as well as simply sun bathing in adda lounge and blowing away with the swaying eagles and the lovely serenity of Pune All in all an amazing experience and a must stay in Pune but please go for non-smoking rooms 😃

the smoking zone rooms which smelt more like a chimney. We were earlier placed by Alankar at the front office desk into room 721 which was the smoking room and we were dissappointed at first as we already specified non smoking rooms then came our saviour Naresh the Bell boy of O Hotel Pune and immediately went down to reception and got our rooms changed to 6th floor 617 which was non smoking rooms and we breathed a sigh of relief Really appreciated this immediate help from Naresh 😃

Good modern hotel that is clean and in a good location at koregaon park. Simple good quality breakfast with good choice. Indian vegetarian options rotated. Dosa were great. Sambal good but a bit chilly for those not accustomed. Eggs made to order and to personal preference. Amazing rooftop restaurant recommend going at sunset. View from bedroom amazing see pic. Comfortable modern room.

Shame there wasn’t a non dairy milk option available especially when natural food store is only a few minutes away from hotel. Shower in room 615 damaged stone shelf removed and rusted support visible. Shower and toilet room in bathroom very dark and no seat in shower. All seals need to be redone in bathroom. But all this is very minor and should not affect anyone’s stay. Tried to use spa over a few days but no one answered the phone and no one at spa reception. But fantastic spa and London barber near Starbucks opposite the hotel.

The stuff. Sahil and Ganesh are amazing and helpful. They help me everyday to arrange taxi and navigate me for other activities. The security guys are totally perfect ( smiling everytime, kind). The meals are so good and stuff in the restaurant are super. Housekeeper service is amazing. Instead of stuff, location of the hotel is so good. Very central and 10 minutes by walking to the Koregan park. Definitely reserve a city view room and you will feel you live in the jungle.

Room was neat and clean. Comfy bed, however they couldnt provide a king size bed which i asked for. Great views from the room. Toiletries were available and bath tub was in really good and clean condition. Work table and lounge chair in the room were nice. The location of the hotel is amazing, many cool places to eat/drink in walking distance

I found the food menu to be overpriced. The gym was small and stuffy, some equipment was not in working condition. TV had very few english channel options, but thats ok

Good hotel in Koregaon Park. Staff are a bit inexperienced but overall good experience. In-room dining options are limited, but the hotel itself offers many restaurants including one on the rooftop.

Up-selling their services such as spa and in-room dining. While a subtle way of doing this is OK through a placard or at the reception during check-in, calling the room phone in the middle of the day informing of a spa discount or offers on in-room dining are strictly a no-no! I expect better from a hotel of this category. They need to take this feedback seriously, or we are never going back!

The room was exceptional, the staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the food was wonderful. The bathtub setup was absolutely 💯 fantastic! Beds were comfortable. Ample floor space. I'm 100% be coming back to stay in the future. Absolutely worth the value.

Well, a few small things only. We would've loved to have been able to connect to streaming services like Netflix on the television. Maybe it can be done, and we were just unable to find a way, it's possible. Also, if you'll could perhaps add a step stool, or caddy, which could be placed directly next to the tub carrying stuff like water and/or toileries or snacks. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

We asked if we could have our dinner from the cafe brought up to a table we had outside the rooftop bar. Management denied our requests due to “rules”. Rather rigid.

The hotel has a nice location, 5 minutes to Osho international. The hotel design and the quality of services are very good. Love it. The breakfast was good, various kind of meals, nice salad bar, actually it was the first breakfast i enjoyed in India, as I'm not fond of the local taste. The room was perfectly clean.

I can't say anything bad. It was one of the best location in India.😊
