I stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights in the Premium Grand room. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good. If you are into gymming, this hotel is for you. A huge gym with all machinery is something which I have not seen in any other 5 star hotel chain. I would still rate this 8/10 as the level of hospitality in the staff could not match the Radisson Blu chain.

I liked everything but compared to the Radisson Blu chain, the hospitality in the staff was not as much as could be seen in the Radisson Blu chain. Moreover, all other 4-5 star hotels have a complimentary steam bath which is not available here.

My parents did a brief 4 day staycation in Sayaji as their house in Wakad was going through renovation and painting was done in this 4 day period. So they needed a place where they could eat and sleep while making regular visits to the house as well. Great sized rooms Good City View Great Breakfast Selection. All good.

Lots of traffic built up in the mornings and evening. Driving is a pain.

The ambience people staff food. Oh my gosh!! I loved my stay so much at Sayaji. I had wonderful time. People in the hotel, staff, food, facilities everything was excellent and up to the mark. All are very humble supportive people. You must visit Sayaji and enjoy the lifetime experience.

The hotel is located in a convenient place. The facilities are good. Food is excellent as in all Sayaji hotels. I want to commend Mr. Ashu who went out of his way to set things right. He even arranged breakfast on dot at 06:30 am as requested by me as I had to leave early for work.

The maintenance in the bathrooms didn't seem so good. Also my room key did not work for the whole first day and we need the key for the lift too. The restaurant seems crowded for a buffet with little room to pass through in a crowd. There is lot of noise due to marriages. Lifts seem too less for the amount of marriage crowd.

Breakfast has good spread. The staff were helpful. Ambiance is pleasant. Housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful. Check in staff was also helpful, and the check in as well as the checkout process was swift.

The feedback staff called me and without asking whether I was ready for feedback or not, he started asking questions. This process could improve. The prices could be a bit more competitive.

Good location and easy access to the highway. Property is good, well maintained and staff is very helpful. Housekeeping staff was very good and happy to help with our requests. The food delivered was very tasty as well.

Since we had a baby we had to order in and the person / people who took the orders for room service was either new or they were not trained well. They usually missed something every time, even when we repeated and confirmed the orders with them. At times plates and spoons weren't delivered, or no sugar given with the coffee/tea, some food item missing entirely and we had to call back again to get it delivered.

Room quality, Location, service, food everything is good about this property since I’m a frequent traveller to Pune its on top of my preference list

The prices are a little high compared to other hotels around the place

Everything was good. Service time could be better. Cleanliness was very good. Security system such as CCTV were active. Staff was friendly and supportive. Good infrastructure.

Staff was friendly however there were incidents of somebody knocking on the door but when answered nobody was there, reception was asked to check the camera for any suspicious person knocking on the door and doing mischievous activity but staff never came back with the answer on who did it. Check out day morning food ordered in the room was not good. Khichadi was too blunt & chilly cheese toast had too many chillies.

excellent service, polite and courteous staff and very prompt service. Roshani was particularly helpful and so were all the others. All in all a great experience. Will definitely come back again.

LOT OF VARIETY OF FOOD CHOICE. BUT THE DINING ROOM IS SMALLER COMPARED TO NUMBER OF GUESTS. THEY SHOULD SERIOUSLY THINK OF EXPANDING IT.

ABSOLUTE LACK OF COORDINATION IN THE RECEPTION DESK. WHEN I BOOKED VIA BOOKING.COM I HAD ASKED FOR EXTRA BED AND I ENQUIRED ABOUT IT SEVERAL TIMES OVER PHONE .THEY SAID OK. BUT WHEN I REACHED THE HOTEL NOBODY IN THE RECEPTION DESK WAS AWARE OF IT. THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT MY REQUIREMENT AMONG THE STAFF. THEN AFTER WAITING FOR 45 MINUTES AT THE DESK A ROOM WAS ALLOTTED TO ME, VERY SURPRISING AND IRRITATING EXPERIENCE AS THE HOTEL CLAIMS TO BE A LUXURY HOTEL. MUST IMPROVE COORDINATION AND THERE SHOULD BE MORE ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF ESPECIALLY TALKING OVER THE PHONE.
