The property is good and has everything you expect from a resort. Food and food options are very good. Good and helping staff everywhere committed to serving you in the best possible way.

Location is too hard to find l, specifically at night time. If you miss a turn then do not follow Google Maps Ask to local person is better. At night it is hard to find people on the road. Maybe on the main turns hotel put up a big sign with some lights on will help first-time time visitors.

Beautiful property, great to roam around and soak in the natural beauty. Big pool, lots of activities, bicycles, camel ride, horse ride, toy train, live music, spa, etc etc etc

The quality of the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The service was too slow, very few people available, no clean tables, struggling to find cutlery. The pizza oven wasn’t working when we stayed there. The in-room dining experience was much much much better in terms of the quality of the food.

I loved the hospitality, Santosh, Chef Ram, Oindrrela, Ravi everyone was great! They even decorated my room, lively gesture.

Two of the restaurants and some activities were closed due to COVID & there should be more plug points for charging gadgets.!

there was a lot of rush at the weekend and the quality improved drastically once the number of guest came down. so the property needs to work on this one

Luxurious.

Location. The road to reach the property is horrible. A couple of switches in the room were coming out of the socket. Room intercom wasn’t functioning as well & WiFi wasn’t great either.

Breakfast was real good. I personally liked the activities around for recreation i.e movie theater, train rides, cycling etc etc.

Nothing as such but if I have to answer this then I would say that the room service wasn't as quick as it could have been.

Staff is very courteous and smiling , always willing to accommodate guests requests to make their stay joyous and comfortable. Children activities are nice keeping them busy enjoying which in turn made parents happy n smiling. Toy train, camel and horse rides are loved. Home theater was welcome change to see latest OTT offerings. Breakfast spread was big and had many choices. Even chef made special arrangment for Jain dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinners.

I understand it was covid times, so resort was understaffed particularly in cleaning of premises. There was too much birds droppings at villa front, walking track, terrace etc. There was no stationery, menu or services info in the room. Pool facility was shut outside and also in the villa rooms.

no heated pool in the luxury rooms . and too expensive for dinner given there weren’t very many ( next to nil) restaurants nearby .
