I had come to the Taj Hari Mahal for a 3 day holiday with my parents, and we loved everything about the stay! The property is beautiful ( neatly kept lawns, a pristine swimming pool, well decorated bar, a clean and hygienic gym ), the food is extraordinary and delicious ( we had added breakfast and dinner to our plan ) and the highlight of everything was the courteous, helpful, and friendly people at the Taj. The two ladies at the reception desk, Balram and the team from housekeeping who kept our rooms spotless and helped with the extra bed, manager Sachin, especially all the the breakfast and dinner staff ( Surendra, Ravindra, Jagapal Ji, Subodh, Manish, Ehoy, Lee and the entire team ) and chefs ( Kartar Singh, Mahar) made our trip extra memorable. Love the Taj experience!

This was a good one. Even by Taj standards. We have been Taj patrons for a while and I can say with complete confidence that this is one of the better ones. Mr. Arjun Singh Jodha makes contact with you well before your arrival date and makes sure you have everything you need. Ms. Divya and Mr. Lokendra take over for him at the reception floor and cater to your requirements in an outstanding fashion. The checkin process was breeze. The rooms are as advertised, which is very good. The food is also great. My compliments to Mr. Ravindra and to Mr. Subodh for their hospitality at the restaurant. Finally, the check out process was also painless, quiet and efficient. While checking in, I had requested for them to transfer our documents to the next Taj venue we were going to and this was ensured. Once again Kudos to Ms. Divya, Mr. Lokendra and Mr. Rahul at the reception for their professional and proficient conduct. To be honest this booking was a last minute change of venue, but one that I am glad I followed through on. We will be back again.

Excellent hospitality and service, wonderful helpful staff that act quickly for whatever you may need. Beautiful property, palace feels but not over the top and ornate, just beautiful and very serene and peaceful. Pool was lovely, breakfast spread was great, two restaurants and a bar all good, wonderful performances on the property - sitar, cultural performances, etc. Let's you immerse in Rajasthani culture. I also celebrated my birthday here, and the staff was kind enough to send across a cake and decorated our room with balloons. V. sweet gesture. Thank you 🙏

Only one con for me - Carpet could use some refurbishment, seemed a bit dated and like it was shedding fur 😂

Very good and spacious room with good pool view. Bathroom was good. Room WiFi was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good trips/ excursions organized by hotel.

There’s a traditional clothes/handicraft shop in the lobby of the hotel. The shop is strategically located next to the elevator at the lobby. The shop attendants (proprietors) badger hotel guests constantly to visit their shop and buy something. This is quite irritating.

Our stay at Taj was very good and we enjoyed 3 nights in the property. The highlights are the food, hospitality, generous staff, and the facilities including the pool, large garden, and cleanliness. The staff was very courteous in helping with breakfast and other meals, and took special care in preparing food for our child. Utkarsh from the restaurant was outstanding with packing meals and serving us, taking care of minor details. Overall, Taj is an excellent place to stay that offers a variety of cuisines, clean rooms, privacy and cultural program in the evening.

everything was great, it could have been better if the property had a kids play area or a games room.

The quality of structure and cleanliness of the hotel is really amazing. The rooms are very clean and appropriate sized. The hospitality by the staff was really nice but a very special thanks to the extraordinary staff Mr BALRAM, Mr GANPATH & Mr NARENDRA & Mr KISAN who made our stay much more comfortable. Situated in a pretty busy area, Taj Hari Mahal probably is one of the very old properties that have been refurbished and maintained to suit the modern sensibilities and expectations. The staff and facilities are pretty much in line with the pre-set defined standards of Taj, so nothing extra-ordinary about anything .

The rooms look pretty dated and perhaps could do better with bit more maintenance and cleanliness. Curtains, carpets and some corners of the room seemed dirty and infact coiled up . The maintenance and housekeeping should definitely be looked into . Besides that we were not given the rooms together even though we had asked for that at the time of booking.

The location is strategic as it is close to the airport as well as the railway station. One can reach the city centre in 10 min as it’s just 3 km away. The staff is very friendly & courteous. They go out of the way to help you. The chef Mr Rathore is a gem & will do anything to feel you at home! The entire staff makes you feel wanted & will do anything so that the stay becomes memorable & excellent. The duty manager Lokendra, driver Chandu, masseur Raj ji & in the restaurant Mr Adwait made us feel absolutely comfortable. It is the staff that makes the Taj group what it is today and that is why one can’t go wrong with the Taj ever! Thanks for everything guys! You all rock!

There is nothing that you will not like about this property. It is huge & beautiful.
