Very good value comfortable modern hotel in the heart of Kota. You will not see any other British tourists in this town as it is not on the normal tourist route. But it does offer a direct train route to Goa, which is why we ended up here for a night. The hotel has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, room service and a good restaurant. It is also close to many shops and other restaurants which are all within walking distance. The Wifi was fast and the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and over all I would highly recommend this hotel for the price paid.

It is a nice comfortable hotel. Very business-like. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very friendly, although the front desk people were a bit cold in their reception. Very comfortable beds. Great spread at breakfast. We had lunch and dinner as well a couple of times, and met our expectations both times.

I was a little confused about VAT, which I think is more an issue with how booking.com's page is laid out. It should be pretty clear how much the VAT is and that it is excluded from the rate, as I kept seeing messages that my FINAL amount would be xxx, which was minus the VAT.

Billing counter at reception were a little lost during check-out and could not clearly mention to me the billing break-up. I was in a hurry and it was New Year morning, so I did not make an issue. I was supposed to receive the billing break-up via e-mail, which I only received after calling them up after a few days.

Great hospitality and Wonderful stay The room was very clean and the hotel was well maintained very neat and clean , The housekeeping staff ramgopal were very polite and very courteous to my requirements during the stay. We had enjoyed the food and it was very tasty and service is good 😊

Radisson has a special place for me as I have stayed in your Hotels all over the country & specially like the Pan Fried Chicken Noodles which unfortunately I couldn't taste it here but the breakfast was very good as usual though the variety was even more at your Pune location.

The breakfast was good and a series of good options. The rooms were clean and nice. A bit far off from the city, but a nice location. The pool was so perfect and with a nice view. Over all a good experience.

The room was not made up well, they had forgotten then towels, When asked for some plates and cutlery it came after 15 mins. Phone in the Gym didn't work to get the lights started.

The rooms were excellent and the staffs are very friendly. Complementary breakfast was icing on the cake. All the items were tasty and they serve it hot whenever we request. Excellent hospitality and we will stay here for sure on our next visit.

Recently visited the Country inn hotel kota found the property is excellent with amazing big rooms neat and clean. check-in is quick . Service staff give us the best option for the food and ensured that we were served the best. Thanks for the hospitality.

I came to this hotel by one of my friends recommendation. Believe me pricing is much pocket friendly. If you talk about the room it's fantastic 😊 well cleaning was Ok I have enjoyed a lot since mall is nearby for liesure purpose.

Liked the room, behaviour of front desk and restaurant staff, the view from the room and absolutely loved the breakfast buffet.

Just one instance when the house keeping staff barged into the room while i was in the bathroom. Not expected at this kind of hotel. The cups and coffee kettle kept in the room were unclean.
