Everything was excellent and well maintained the foods , staffs , workers and the driver are outstanding their behaviour their services was amazing. I'm honoured to spent my quality times at vivanta Shillong... If I ever come to Shillong again I'll definitely come Vivanta.. Thank you so much for giving this kind of services... This little gem is in the heart of the town, walking distance from shopping and dining. The room we stayed in was spacious, house keeping was great, room service was efficient. The morning breakfast buffet is outstanding. the beauty is that all the top management and staff of the hotel are always walking around and ready to listen to your every demand/ request. That includes the General Manager, the Chef and the Concierge. The staff elevate this hotel to another level altogether - friendly, accomodating, well groomed and always attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Taj Vivanta, Shillong. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The location was near the Police bazaar. We walked to the market. The check in was smooth. The check out was equally hassleless. The breakfast platter was huge. We couldn't taste everything. Overall, the experience was fantastic...

The location was perfect..close to the shopping area. The facilities were very good too. Room.was clean and spacious. Most of the staff were exceptional. Must make a special mention about Emily at the feont desk. We left behind a suit in our room. She went the extra mile to locate it late at night and deliverednit to our driver at 6.30 am. Thank you Emily!!

Initially, there was ONLY buffet for breakfast and dinner. We had to get special permission from the manager to order ala carte. The food could be improved.

Location is amazing. Well maintained property. Superb breakfast spread.

There was a tiny cockroach in our room when we entered. Which disappeared quickly in the passage area. For the price charged property does not have any amenities.

Excellent place to stay, great food, location and staff.. special reference to Ms.Rajshri, who would always be around with a smile and ready to extend any help.

Room was bright and clean. The staff was excellent. Special mention about Emily at the reception desk. She helped us get back a suit we had left back in the hotel.

Not too happy about the mandatory buffet breakfast and dinner. We had to get special permission for an ala carte meal. We were all 60+ and an 82 year old. Buffets are too much for us.

The staff is outstanding - cheerful, helpful, comforting and always at hand to guide or assist you - whether it be food recommendations, local sightseeing or any other query. The breakfast buffet is extensive and well laid out. The coffee is nice.
