The property has good expanse.Its very well maintained.A beautiful lawn area with a swimming pool . You can enjoy your evening tea in the lawn that’s complementary from the hotel side.. The rooms are comfortable and very clean . The staff is cordial .We enjoyed the breakfast service.It has good vegetarian varieties . Must say it’s a good choice and good value for money.

Well there’s nothing that we didn’t like But just wanted to add that it’s a bit far from the Temple But they have pick up and drop service so that shouldn’t matter You can actually enjoy the serenity amidst greenery here .

I was initially hesitant about my booking considering mixed reviews online however Renest was far beyond my expectations...I got a suite room which was the biggest room size for family of four and the deal including breakfast was value for money..Most importantly was the courteous staff namely shweta, Rahul, Ram, Deepa all very excellent...they have gone beyond the regular capacities to make sure my stay along with kids was super friendly. Swimming pool is quite big and they provide complimentary eveng tea with cookies on arrival we had fruits served in the room from the hotel, small efforts but creating good impact......I will definitely visit again.

Please have badminton and cycling facilities available as additional attraction for kids and carrom board requires improvement

All the people and the team were very helpful and professional The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

There is ls always to make things better Cleaning service are nice people and the occasionally miss on leaving fresh towels in bathroom

Breakfast was not included it seems but we availed it at our cost and the quality of breakfast is good. Also the reception at the front office is very cordial and I appreciate the efforts made by Sakshi, the front office executive and she was quite helpful in facilitating the situational requirements.

Doctor on call could be provided at the hotel. Usually to a place like Shirdi, elderly people will accompany the families and keeping their needs in view, a doctor on call facility could be provided at the hotel itself which will ease the burden for the family.

I really liked the complimentary picks and drops to the temple and also the evening sai aarti. The staff was very helpful and always happy to help.

I wanted to go for swimming, but the pool was not clean at all. I think the swimming pool requires maintenance. I ended up not swimming because it was dirty. Also some of the entertainment facilities might use some renewing for eg. TT table.

Nice infrastructure in general

While the bathrooms have been renovated nicely, the bed mattress and linens are still old and need replacing. The food used to be something worth waiting for but now the quality has dropped significantly. This needs to be looked at seriously as it can be a good sales advantage.

All staff were courteous. Attended in detail all aspects. Scope for improvement in kitchen. Shweta, Tina, Dhananjay assisted us at all steps. Thanks to serving team in Tribe restaurant, they ensured all our preferences in food choices is attended.

Bathroom had very old and hard in functioning taps and shower. Somewhat leaking from jet spray. I was told that renovation is to start in near future.

Service & Food quality had been exceptional! We had booked a twin bed and later changed to King size bed which they did instantly! The resort is offering good facilities Ike swimming, Table Tennis, carrom, chess, New Year party dance space etc. Peaceful ambiance that you expect in a Holy place is delivered too! We had booked for 3 days only breakfast but extended it for one more day with dinner too that too on the year end ! However, they need to work on the quality of services like the quality of Table Tennis 🏓 table and rackets were much below the expectations! The fan knob was loose. TV had to be told to be set ! Swimming room. changing room was not clean as it was not used for long ! But still I would love to come again with an expectation that this Nee Year 2022 Renest Shirdi will work on their Areas of improvements, and their food and service quality can take over all other issues ! Located at a right and peaceful place. Very near to the temple and they also have free drop and pickup facility for the temple. Staff is very polite and responsive. Loved the hospitality. Would recommend it anytime who wants to travel to Shirdi
