The staff especially the reception staff were clueless about their job. Excessive time to prepare the final bill and that was also faulty on multiple attempts. I had visited the counter first to finish the formality before I took the parents out of room but the staff insisted to vacate the room totally before preparing check out. Inspite of advance notice to check out, they took almost 25 minutes for check out formality while my 80 year old parents waited in the car in hot sun. During this wait, the hotel staff told me twice to move the car from where it was parked with my parents inside.

We were at somnath for the temple visit and stayed in this great hotel. The hotel is not so far from the temple and you can easely reach by rickshaw or taxi for a cheap price. Although the hotel is going through a little bit of renovation(to make it even better/nicer then it already is) the staff is doing everything to make youre stay memorabel. The room as well as the bathroom is very spacious and clean. As soon as i contacted the hotel for airport pickup and mentioned the purpose of our Journey, mr. Raees arranged everything from car service to pandiet for somnath temple. A very nice and friendly man. The staff is very friendly and polite. The restaurant is totally veg, so no confusion and the prices are reasonable. We would once more like to thank mr. Raees and his team, kajal, disha, aparna and everybody from restaurant staff to housekeeping to make our stay, darshan and pooja unforgettable. Thank you and keep up the good work in this devine place of india👌.

Location was nice, easy to get to Somnath Temple from the hotel. The room size was wonderful, very large. Restaurant staff was friendly, but seemed understaffed and we had to wait a little longer than expected for mineral water bottles.

Room could have used more towels. Our room only had one hand towel & two bath towels. Would have been great to have wash clothes/face towels and bath mats.

Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. A bit over crowded at times and staff appeared to be overwhelmed. Travel Desk was excellent and efficient. Room size was above expectations. Very courteous, polite and helpful staff. In general all facilities in room were superb. Would have appreciated a higher floor.

Electric kettle switch was malfunctioning in Room # 204. No automatic cutout - fire hazard due to overheating

Newly Built Hotel. Very Nice Ambience and Very neat & Clean. Food was also very good. The swimming pool was very nice and Clean. Overall a very good experience.

The room they allotted first its door lock was not working. Later on they changed my room. But still while giving rooms you should have checked all the things and then you should have given the rooms. Rest all no complaints.

Excellent Customer Service upon early arrival by Sakib who upgraded my room without any extra cost so I could check-in early into my room around 8am. Many Thanks Sakib for all your Help as I was tired after traveling Overnight in AC Sleeper Bus from Ahmedabad to Somnath on extremely bad bumpy road. Many Thanks to Narayan who helped sort out payment issue as my daughter who booked hotel for me wanted to pay by herself.

The food was amazing, but the room had a certain foul stench emanating from the washroom both nights, probably from outside

The housekeeping is a bit slow in service. Room wasn't cleaned for the night despite a call. We slept in the room filled with smell of food the whole night, not to mention the foul smell from outside adding to the discomfort

From the time we checked in everything was great. Narayan at front desk was friendly and helpful. Sunil the bell boy was amazing with his million dollar smile always 🙂made our day.. Restaurant was amazing special shout out to Chef Suparna who made sure my daughter’s food had no chillies 😀 she even came out spoke to us to make sure what we needed. Absolutely amazing chef. F&B staff were so Friendly and welcoming specially Aparna and Manisha ( sorry if I got your name wrong) Check out Manish was very helpful and all friendly early in the morning too after a long night shift 👍🏽 Had a friendly driver who took us for sightseeing and road trip was very helpful.. Staff really made us feel comfortable..

No 24/7 room service. Room service starts at 7.30 in the morning. No money exchange facility that was the major drawback. The driver that drove us back to airport was not friendly he was so busy on his mobile that st one stage we were going to have an accident. Won’t recommend that driver or that vehicle very uncomfortable. Hotel needs to get different rental service .

It's a new hotel still work going on in some places but the cleanliness was maintained atmost. Good work team house keeping

Work to be completed soon as there are many guest who are booking and willing to stay at a good hotel. But the service of front office, house keeping and f&b covers it up.

The staff is helpful and courteous. The food good, with the Executive Chef, Mr. Raul, doing a good job.

The washrooms in the rooms need better ventilation. The AC systems need to be upgraded, it took time for the room to get chilled.
