From check-in to check out, everything was perfect Receptionist sajjan,shivani, and the rest of the staff were very helpful, even breakfast and lunch were very nice. The atmosphere is a lot better than other 5-star hotel cook chef mohammed Asad Biryani was too good. I enjoyed the stay plus food, no doubt I would visit again 😋

There is nothing I did not like. Everything was good. The only thing I did not like was that people who came out for smoke from their hotel room throw the cigarette bud on the floor even though there is ashtray provided by the hotel People should consider the cleanliness and respect the rules of the hotel

1) Sajan at the reception helped us with check and provided a suite room as a free upgrade.. 2) Location of hotel is in a calm and serene place 3) Cafe Coco is good and it is a 24 hour cafe 4) All the staff members are very helpful and will make all efforts to ensure comfortable stay 5) Ample parking space

1) Spa center can be added 2) Few items of buffet can be improved.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely hotel, very helpful polite staff. Loved the range of breakfast and just a lovely place to stay whilst visiting family nearby.

The key cards kept deactivating which was a pain although we had booked a full 8 days. There wasn't always enough towels and room not always cleaned everyday. But these were easily resolved so not a major issue.

This was my second stay at courtyard by Marriott in Surat and it is always a pleasure to stay here. The staff upgraded me to suite room for no extra charge. Room was clean and comfortable as always. Staff was courteous. Food was excellent.

Hotel is located at Hazira area, which is a bit away from Surat City and no shops or market around. Was okay for me as I was there on my own car and just for a night and to take rest it was quite peaceful. For others who go to Surat by train etc. and for the purpose of going into the city, it would call for to and fro traveling. Otherwise it is a very good and grand property for a pleasant stay.

The reception staff were quite helpfull specially Riya as the booking was not affected in their system she was quick to make the booking allocate the room. Even at the time of checkout we Confirmed it that we wont be charged twice Khushboo was quite polite to listen to us assure us that would be taken care by the team. Perfect staff. Always smilling!

Outstanding location

Only one thing the fact that Ajay Kapkoti didn't come back to me on a room upgrade.

I unfortunately used the property for a late night layover and hardly used any of the facilities. The check in, the room and the bed were all extremely comfortable. I had work at Hazira so this was perfectly located for my needs.

I cannot complain as I did not fully utilize the facility.

The property was very good and the staff were courteous and helpful. The pool was lovely with a great view

The location was quite far from Surat City centre. Also this is setup as a Business hotel so few facilities like gym and spa are lacking.
