The staff were brilliant, the rooms were clean and everything within the room was kept spotless. Only comment I would have is that the walls and sides have seen some.damage due to luggage knocks which could Painted. One restaurant staff exceeded in duties and deserved and pat on the back from his management. Weldone young man.

When we booked the massage for both me and my wife, I specifically asked for me it should be man for massage not a women, the receptionist said no issues with that and we booked for a specific time. When, me and my wife came down, I was told it would be a lady doing the massage for me which was not acceptable and reiterated that I had specifically asked for a male to do the massage. I had to refuse, and was very disappointed as I was so looking forward to the massage, especially as I had a very tense last few days.

There was nothing not to like. Right from check in to check out the entire staff was very friendly and cordial. Special thanks to Akash from restaurant to Hiteshji, Hirani and team from reception to the chef everyone made sure that my trip was not only comfortable but also accommodating. I’m sorry if I’m not able to recall everyone’s name but a big thanks to everyone from the bottom of my heart. Thank you everyone for making it a memorable trip.

It's time to appreciate the janitors who contribute to the well-being and comfort, making spaces safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

Best breakfast that I've ever had due to the kind of selection that they offer. Something that I used to look forward to aevery single day. The chefs knew me personally as I am a frequent traveller to this place.

I feel that all was good at this property and I had nothing to complain about. Even though it was wedding season when I arrived, they had more than enough staff to look after everyone's needs. Really well done to the management. Special thanks to Rakesh who helped me find my lost wallet with all valuables intact by following security protocols!

the downside is the windows that didn't open and the room smelled like a very old granny's house, and the second thing is that the changing area in the pool looks more like an abandoned bunker from the Cold War 😆

Location - Excellent. Breakfast - Excellent. We were allowed early check-in. Meant a lot to me and my wife after the long train ride from Mumbai. Our favorite place to stay in Surat. We will definitely chose to stay at Marriot in future in Surat. Credit and best wishes to all your staff.

Probably our fifth or sixth visit to this hotel. We cannot complain. Everything was exceptional.

We stayed at the Surat Marriott Hotel, Ambinaniketan from 21st to 26th March 2023. From the moment we walked in, the hotel and surroundings were so beautiful and had a lovely ambience. The reception manager Nonibala gave us a wonderful welcome and accommodated to us so wonderfully with our rooms. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and spacious with lots of areas to sit and relax in. However, what made our stay special was the staff and the food. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious with plenty of filter water provided everyday. All the staff throughout the hotel were so friendly, attentive and helpful from the front entrance staff (where the taxis droped us off), to the reception staff and manager (Nonibala), front office manager Mahabir Singh, the catering and restaurant staff, the chefs Mahendra Singh Chundawat and Surendra Singh for their very delicious food, and house keeping and manager Kavita. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with plenty of choice available every morning, with freshly cooked options (indian and english food) and a great variety of food and drinks from juices, pastries, cakes, fruit, cooked food, and cheeses. A very special thank you to all the staff throughout the hotel. We felt truly looked after by you all and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you so much from our family. We will definitely be coming back to stay as we loved it.

There was nothing we didn't like. The staff, hotel, and food were all great and was met above our expectations.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The rooms were always cleaned up, the stuff always put enough water bottles for us into the room. The service at the reception was insanely good, everyone took care of us very well. I had a couple of extra wishes that the hotel stuff took immediately care of. The breakfast was very huge and also lots of Indian and European options were available, we also tried the buffet at the evening and it also had a lot of variety. The gym had all the basic things needed for a good workout. Pool area was clean. Oh we also loved the spa treatments. We will definitely come back at a point.

Providing lunch. One has to wait for dinner to have another meal after breakfast. The location was a bit off the major road which was quite a bit of a travail navigating it. However, this location has a plus in giving it a serene environment; the river view being the highlight.
