I love love LOVED the view from my veranda. I loved the movies offered on Netflix (the Chosen, a Moses movie and the good dr) Staff was very kind, especially the man that served breakfast and brought my room service meals. So kind. The coffee was VERY good !I loved that the windows in the room actually opened allowing for fresh air .

. The shower didn’t work (1st day) but management was quick to fix it. Same w/ screens on windows… there were none only my first couple days. I really appreciated that they made me comfortable by addressing concerns right away.

Thaai means mother I believe and from food to hospitality to checking on the guests' convenience, everything's done here with motherly care. Grateful to Mr Srinivas and the canteen head , both ensured all our requests and requirements were taken care of timely and diligently. A big thumbs up of appreciation and gratitude.

The rooms could have been more tidy and odourless, however it depends on the nuisance level of the previous occupants.

Nice terrace with superb view of TV Malai, clean and spacious room, nice staff, great home food served in hotel dining room itself, very near to Girivalam road - nruthi lingam

Improvement opportunity : Hotel can plan for spacious dining room. Currently facing challenge to accomodating all guests in one shot. If dining room made bigger, this challenge can be resolved. Even car parking can be planned to be more spacious.

The stay was excellent.I had to reach the property much earlier than the allowed check-in time yet the property arranged me the room without extra pay or hassles.The wifi was awesome. The food was excellent and on time. They take an order on time and food was given on time. Outside food is also allowed.

The variety of food could have been a bit more.Apart from that, the provided food was awesome

Very good place to stay with Family. Decent, calm location bit away from town. Food is really good and tasty, feel like homely food and only vegetarian they serve. Especially the restaurant manager Saravanan is very nice and arranging the food, even if u reach out of the restaurant timings.. Also good view of Annamali from the room. They have open terrace and can have a very good view from there sitting and relaxing in evenings.

Unless you have a vehicle, u need to walk a little bit to reach highway.

The staff here is warm and helpful, the hotel is kept very clean, so it’s a lovely place to come back to for a restful sleep. The front desk has been very helpful and has great communication with WhatsApp.

I wish they had a gym, almost no hotels in Tiru do, but it would be nice. I also wish there was a lamp by the bed, not too bright, and I wish it were even more quiet.

The staff were so very pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and the way the staff behaved with each and everyone of us. The location of the stay is also very close to the parikrama route. It was very easy and fast to get to the temples! I would suggest this stay for anyone travelling to Arunachala. The food was also outstanding. Super tasty food.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They assisted in planning out our visit to the main highlights of the area. The room was big and quite comfortable. Food was good although I found it a bit spicy.

I didn't quite like the bathroom and the shower was not functioning properly but still for that hotel range, I think necessary amenities were available.

The Facilities are very good.Breakfast they provided was very tasty and good.I asked for a early check-in and they were generous enough to provide the early check-in without any additional charge.They have a small shelf of books from where we can pick a few, read and return it. Very Good Option.

The wifi can still be faster.I felt it was a bit slow.

Very good hotel with very supportive staff. If you are traveling by car, it's close to Ramana ashram and Girivalam path. They have a restaurant for guests and good OTT selection on TV. Rooms are spacious and clean. Area is safe as I went for Girivalam walk in midnight and came back early morning without any issues.

A bit inside from the main road, last approach road is not that good. Also, we did a tour of many places in Tamil Nadu and compared to properties we stayed in other cities, we felt the price is slightly on the higher side. But definitely one of the best in Thiruvannamalai.
