I had a long journey and went to Hotel Easy Retreat after reading the positive reviews. This place exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff gave me tea and toasts at about 0100 hrs as I had come a long way. Rates are super reasonable. Rooms were super clean and staff very cooperative and helpful as mentioned by other travellers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s in Vapi. Room photos are not upto standard. Rooms looked much better in actual. Toilets were clean and all basic amenities were present. Even though I had varied requests at varied times they accommodated all my requests without charging anything extra. Unfortunately I couldn’t have breakfast hence can’t comment on its quality. But I am very happy and highly satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Wishing these people the Best of Luck!

There’s a little trash outside the building area as it’s bang on the road, which might affect your first impressions. But the hotel is located on the third floor hence there is absolutely no bad odour.

The hotel is value for money, with very helpful staff. Cleanliness is okay, but could be better. The location of the hotel is also really good. Railway station, bus stand, eating options are all easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for people traveling to Daman or Silvassa.

The entrance looks a little dicey as there is a smoke shop right there, and isn't comfortable for families as such, but once you enter inside, it's a safe and comfortable space for any traveller.

Very good location.well connected to highway. Room was very spacious and clean. staff was very courteous and helpful. Room service was very good. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Vapi.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good shower. Restaurant in the building was very good.

Original room had a window that would not close completely allowing mosquitoes to enter. I was promptly moved to a new room that was fine. WiFi did not reach original room at all, moved to a new room where WiFi did reach.

Spacious clean room with several windows on two sides. Helpful, supportive and always smiling staff, particularly Reception Desk. The hotel location is not crowded and there is a nearby market with lot of street food. It is not far from Vapi Railway Station (Auto charges 30-40 Rupees). Good for staying if you want to visit Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman. There is a crossing about 1 km from hotel where you can find lot of autos (share one also) and public bus for visiting Silvassa and Daman.

Small entrance of the Hotel. Though hotel building is located on the National Highway with 24 hours heavy traffic, we could have a sound sleep at night.

Very clean and comfortable to stay. Dont get baffled by the entrance. Very friendly and courteous staff. They will come down to pick your luggage, help you park and take you to the hotel. Good arrangement for drivers to stay. Drivers get decent bed, bathroom facility with soap. Good location .. close to highway and GIDC. Good for family and business traveller Absolute value for money

Located in easy to reach location. Outside of Hotel does not give the feeling that there is a good hotel within the complex. Stuffs are very friendly and helpful. I was totally surprised that in night the watchman (as per their SOP) has cleaned our car. Really value for money.

Only thing the open window was bringing in bad smell into the bathroom / WC from outside. If possible that should be attended to. Though I have no idea how this could be done as the smell comes from neighbouring property and smells like rotten hospital bio -waste.

Netness and commitment staff was in a good location very nice location. In short, it was a good experience.

The hospitality and being accommodated way before our check in time. We also got security and storage for our luggage even after check out. Being new to Vapi and the surrounding areas, the hotel provided us with a guide of places we could visit around

I believe more could be done to improve the outside appearance of the hotel. Otherwise everything else was super!!
