I am frequent visitor in vellore. I have stayed in other Star category hotels, but this hotel is awesome. There are lots of things for which my family found this place most friendly, but especially the ever-smiling and well-behaved staff. Neat and clean rooms, excellent services. The front office person is very friendly and cooperation was exceptional. Food is available from a nearby restaurant, I would prefer people from the Northeast should choose this hotel for a homely feel. Exceptional hotel 🏨 👌

Clean and Hygenic rooms. Staff was good. Location is ok

As I booked a double room and while booking provided only Main guest name for second they asked to pay additional amount which is not the case with previous bookings I have done as rooms are ment for double Occupancy. It was a double Occupancy room which I booked. This did not give a good experience.

The room was clean. The Bathroom was also clean and hot water was available too. Loacted near new Bus stand

The Price was a bit high according to the room though it had all basic necessities but i paid almost around 1.8k per night for a room which i felt if kept to be around 1.3k then it would be a great deal No Toothbrush and toothpaste was given in complimentary goods along with shampoo,soap and moisturizer was provided.It should be provided if we are paying 1800 for a night then it should be provided. Moreover The experience was quite good.

Overall very good comfortable hotel. Around 6-8 km from VIT, so auto will charge 200-250 rs for one trip. The staff was very good and helpful. Well-maintained premises. Centrally located. The room was very clean. We stayed there for one night and were glad we chose this place. breakfast was ok. Last but not least, the super courteous staff. They made sure we had a very comfortable and nice stay.

Staffs r good. We had gone to Vellore for my father's surgery at Sri Narayani hospital . Tayed with my brother. Liked the entire hotel and the rooms nd service staffs even though their were only 3 staffs in all

It's a new property so as of now their is nothing what we didn't like.

Absolute value for money. Took the deluxe king-size beds. The rooms were super clean and well maintained for the price point. The staff was courteous and the stay was comfy The property is located just opposite the Vellore Bus stand. The hotel manager takes care of all our needs, right from giving directions from the railway station and arranging cabs for our local trips. The crew members are very friendly and possess the right attitude. The property is very well maintained, and there is a personal touch to everything that they do. No second thoughts, if you are headed to Vellore.

The way for hotels need to improve

I like everything about this hotel. Especially the manager of the staff is extraordinary in one word. Helped us a lot in every way. Day Manager is a very lovely person this kind of people make lovely India ❤️❤️👍❤️

We stayed here for Hospital treatment. The location is closer to CMC Hospital but it does not overlook the hospital. The check-in experience was good and the front desk staff communicate well. The room is Good. The housekeeping staff is super responsive and so is the in-room service. The clean room, comfy mattress, bed, and amenities in the room are good.

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff service is really good. They arranged taxi and auto services for us. They promptly answered all our calls.

Rooms are little small. There is very less space between cot and TV wall. TV remote did not work in one of the rooms. Road to hotel is not good. It was muddy due to rain previous night.

AMAZING SERVICE - FANTASTIC HOTEL AND GREAT STAFFS !!!!! We had a great nights at this hotel located in the heart of the Vellore, and easy walking distance to all the sites. the general manager, was always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Near to the city Bus stand and public transport, friendly staff, clean and calm rooms,Everything was well. The hotel is clean as well as rooms. Although in the center, it is very silent Service is perfect. Hotel is very well accessible by tram from Railway- and the bus station are close, not a long way to walk.
