We stayed in Aine Villa #515 - we loved the decor, the privacy of the villa, and the layout of the villa that allowed us to get from pool immediately into the shower area without walking through the bedroom. It was well thought out, and well planned. The villa was just as shown in the pictures on this website. The surroundings were lovely, well-maintained, and the staff were warm, friendly and polite. The bedroom was comfortable, as was the sofa, and work desk. I appreciated the multiplugs as well as the built-in traveller-friendly power sockets so we didn't need to break out our travel adapters The staff come around every evening to do some mosquito control by spraying mosquito repellent / bug sprays, and to place a mosquito coil in the garden area / breakfast patio next to the pool. One of the best things about this villa is that no kids below age 16 are allowed. So it was very peaceful, you could enjoy the sun beside your pool and doze off, never having to worry about being woken up by screaming children in villas a few doors away, or dealing with children crying at breakfast hall while you are still waking up in the morning! We also went for spa treatments, which was very nice. The treatment room was gorgeous and cozy, and we enjoyed the massage and body scrub / facial in a couple room. Breakfast was tasty, although options were limited. All in all, very good service in a quiet and beautiful villa, lovely stay that made us sad that we had to go. Will be back in sunnier seasons. There was a bit of moss on the walls in our villa near the pool. It wasn't too bad but ruined the aesthetics a bit! Breakfast options were limited (but tasty).

We had an incredible stay at Theanna for our honeymoon and my wife's birthday. Our villa was fantastic - spacious, clean and it was the small touches that made it perfect - daily cleaning including fumigation, an in-room jacuzzi overlooking the pool, filtered watered dispensers that we could access whenever we needed We also appreciated the warmth and energy from every staff member we encountered. It almost felt like a spiritual space, with how kind everyone was. A special mention must go to Putri and Sinta at Ketela Restaurant who both were genuine lights and brightened our days. We loved chatting to them every morning, or in the afternoons when we relaxed by the pool. Their energy and attentiveness truly made our stay special. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs, and we loved the small touches - including spelling our names in fruit with our smoothie bowls when dining. It was sad to say goodbye to them. We highly recommend anyone choosing to stay here. It's truly worth the money - what an experience. We'll be back!

My husband and i stayed at theanna for our honeymoon , they organized a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us back to the villa which was extremely convenient . From the minute we arrived we were greeted with smiles and checked in and given our room keys. our luggage was taken to our room and we were shown around the grounds. The property was clean and continuously being maintained every day. Service from the staff was AMAZING ! anything we needed they accommodated. The shuttle was so convenient to use to take us down to the beach or anywhere close by for a small fee outside of the shuttle times. Our stay was nothing short of amazing , if you didnt want to venture out to canggu main streets, you had everything at Theanna that you need, the restaurant was so nice, the food was amazing, drinks, the bed and the villa itself was perfect. We have nothing bad to say. The villas were quiet and we didn't hear road noise. Its so close to restaurants , shops and chemists. The night before we finished our stay i came down with the dreaded bali belly and the reception sent a medical team to asist as soon as we asked at 1am in the morning! Overall , we would definitely stay next time we visit Bali. !

This property is in a great location and the staff are amazing. They really made our holiday so speacial. Every single person, from the lovely people on reception, to Putri and Sinta and other staff in the restaurant, went out of their way to look after us. I have never experienced this level of service, care and attention to detail. The shuttle is also another wonderful service they offer. There is free drop off and pick up down to the beach 4 times a day. It was never a problem for them to take us outside of these hours - for less than $4 AUD someone would drop us off or pick us up anywhere in Canggu at any time. We also left our passports in the hotel safe when we checked out which was extremely stressful. I contacted the hotel via whatsapp and the collected them for us and delivered them to our hotel in Nusa Dua within hours - free of charge. We could not believe how helpful and considerate they were. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there next time we are in Canggu.

The kitchen was a little dated but really this is a small thing compared the other wonderful qualities of the hotel.

Absolutely AMAZING! This was exactly what I was hoping to find after long travel days & it being my first time in Bali. This place was a dream. The rooms were beautiful, including the bathrooms - and had wonderful air conditioning :). Right outside the door is a perfect pool with lounge chairs and a full kitchen. The restaurant was delicious and overlooks the pool so perfect to grab lunch/breakfast & a drink by the pool! They even wrote my name in my breakfast bowl on the first day with fruit :). The staff was amazing, super friendly & accomodating! It was super easy to communicate with them through whatsapp for everything I needed, including room service which was quick & delicious. The property is just beautiful. As soon as you walk through, see reception, & are brought to your room, you'll be in paradise :). It is also tucked away from the hustle & bustle from downtown but close enough to walk to everything. They also offer a shuttle which was super convenient.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in an Aine pool villa which was well designed and the perfect size for two. It was so relaxing showering with the curtain/door directly open to the pool and outside. I'm not usually one to repeatedly eat at the hotel restaurant (I like to go out and explore other restaurants) however their onsite restaurant, Ketela, was so great that we found ourselves eating dinner here on several occasions. Must try the urap bali (green bean salad)! All the staff were so lovely, from reception to housekeeping. Easy communication via WhatsApp. The hotel grounds were lush and peaceful. We also used the spa which I recommend. Overall, Theanna offered great value and we would happily stay again.

I loved the quiet tranquil space away from the hustle and bustle. The villas were lovely. Huge bed, great pool and plenty of shade when sitting outside. I particularly loved the frangipani walkway down the centre of the property. The staff were amazing - so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Always remembering our names and even the room cleaners say good morning. This is really just the nature of the Balinese but we loved it. Breakfast was great too.

Tiny fridge which was not even big enough to hold water and some beers. The spa - I loved the treatments but I noticed that they don’t change the linen with each client. One day I had a really damp unclean sarong and after my treatment I noticed they use the same face towel for the next person. I think they need to lift these standards as generally the cleanliness and hygiene is very good. Once I mentioned the sarong, it was quickly replaced by a fresh one.

The facility is a dream. Perfect interior design and the outside with the pool is fantastic. Very comfortable bed and extremely clean. Wide variety of breakfast options, everything really tasty and freshly made. The facility is perfectly located in a lively part of Canggu with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Yet the Villas are so quiet, so it is possible to really enjoy some time to relax. But what made our stay at Theanna really special were all the people who work there. Unfortunately, my husband and I got quite sick and they got immediately a doctor for us and kept taking such good care of us for the rest of our stay. Providing us with food, water, and everything we needed in the room, asking how we were doing via WhatsApp first thing in the morning. We never experienced such good care anywhere we went and we are extremely thankful to the whole personnel of Theanna. A special thank you goes to Putri and Wayan for being extremely kind to us 😊 In conclusion, for a memorable stay in Canggu and for support in the case that things don’t go as planned like due to illness as in our case, chose Theanna 😊
