Lovely property, very clean and comfy bed. Overlooks the rice fields which are very pretty. The staff are incredibly friendly and couldn’t do more for you. The breakfast was wonderful and the complimentary massage was a lovely touch. 10/10.

Slightly far from Canggu, however I thoroughly enjoyed the grab bikes in and out and with a circle k close by I was never stuck. No other issues.

Warm welcome, friendly staff, clean room with lots of space, nice bathroom, fresh water bottles, beautiful restaurant, nice and clean pool. It felt like home, I really enjoyed the stay.

The pillows were a bit high and hard, but no reason to stay away from the hotel. Tiny bits and pieces of mould in the bathroom.

This was my first hotel during my stsy in Indonesia and could have chosen a better hotel, the staff from top to bottom were a perfect example of how I like to be treated in a hotel, ( not forgetting the lovely security guard that would always wish good me night and just even say Hi Sam and make sure i was ok😇) the hotels food was lovely also and reasonably priced. Perfect location if you want peace and quiet but a short drive into the hustle of Canguu if you feel like it! Rooms spacious and aircon was very good. All in all a great stay and will visit again- Thank you! 🥰

We stayed in the Standard King Room with a view of the rice fields. The view was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with coupons and gave us a 10-minute free massage, a free dessert, and a free tapa. The restaurant is really nice, and the breakfast is very complete. They also have live music on Fridays. The WiFi is fast. I will stay at this hotel again the next time I come to canggu

The window was a bit shabby, and water entered the room when it rained in that direction. However, the staff gave us towels to put on the floor.

The staff were so so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent. It was nice being able to feed koi fish and also chill out by the pool. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a resort style hotel, as it has everything you need on site. Spa treatments were also high quality.

Nothing really comes to mind, however we’d recommend maybe having a few more lounging chairs by the pool 😊

This is my second stay at this hotel and it does not disappoint. The rooms are clean and the TV has access to Netflix, YouTube, Prime etc which was a massive plus travelling with my 3yo. The staff are what makes this place special. They are just amazing. I spent alot of time observing some of the guests who came across rude and arrogant not saying basic please and thankyou and not acknowledging staff when they greeted guests with a goodmorning and the staff were still so composed and professional maintaining their happy, smiling, customer service orientated persona in a situation that be really frustrating and deflating. They were more than accommodating for anything I needed. The pool is still a little cold for my liking but I guess that's because it doesn't get to see much sun and the amazing view over the ricefield distracts you from the pool anyway. It is such a beautiful spot and I hope to see its continued success on my next stay This place is great for anyone who wants to have modern hotel style accommodation but away from the hustle and bustle. For me it's close to parklife just a short walk away which Is amazing for small kids so if you have kids be sure to visit parklife if you have time.

The staff were very welcoming. I arrived quiet late and Nurtini who was on reception checked me in super fast so I was able to relax. The bed was very comfortable, rooms were clean and shower had great pressure! They also have filtered water stations so you can refill your drink bottle free of charge. The breakfast also had a lot of variety and was really nice.

I think the room walls are quiet thin or they echo as you could always hear people walking down the hallway. However, this doesn't really effect the stay as its just when other tourists are loud.

From the service at the front desk to hotel staff, everything was Amazing. The rooms were cleaned immaculately to every detail. Staff go out of their way to assist you with any query, even going to the local circle k shop in the rain to buy me some items. Ayu and Desa were fabulous hosts and we appreciated their first class service. Buffet Breakfast was so so good, so much to choose from, plus an alacarteitem from the menu. The bar and restaurant are awesome, my favourite drink was the Berry Blast. View from the pool overlooking the Rice fields was perfect. Nice and quiet from the hustle and bustle of crazy Canggu but so close to all the clubs, restaurants and beach. Sad to leave but will always now stay here. Thank you for such an Amazing time.

We had a wonderful week at the Valstar Hotel in Bali, Canggu. This brand new property is impeccably clean and features a stunning pool overlooking the rice fields. Its prime location is close to all essentials. Our room was spacious and pristine, with a very comfortable and large mattress—although I found the pillows a bit too hard, but that's a matter of personal preference. The bathroom was modern, beautiful, and functional. However, there was a minor issue with the water drainage in the shower that could be improved. We appreciated the option to have breakfast in our room without extra charges, and the food was excellent—hats off to the chefs. The hotel offers live music several times a week, providing a delightful atmosphere. All staff members were consistently smiling, available, helpful, and kind. Special thanks to Abdi and Gede, two exceptional employees who showed immense care and kindness toward us. We highly recommend this hotel and are eager to return!

This hotel is in a great location, not far from Canggu centre about 10 mins by bike. Has a good selection of cafes/restaurants nearby as well as shops and a great massage place within walking distance! The pool and view are amazing! The staff are so helpful and friendly. It was my other half’s birthday and they came to the room with a cake and sang happy birthday to him! Which was lovely! Special mention to Dede who always made an effort to say hello to us and remember our names! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is also very tasty! Lovely design, lovely space. Nothing to complain about! Thank you for a great stay!
