Location at the center of the city and just side by side with modern shopping mall. Overall room, bed and bathroom are super clean, well maintained and spacious too. The aircon works superbly and the water pressure in the bathroom is great. Breakfast is excellent with many menus and served hot/warm. Last but not least, all staffs are very friendly, informative and very attentive to the guest' needs. I will definitely stay in this hotel if I go to Bandar Lampung again.

Actually everything about this hotel is superb. If I can have one wish, the lightning in breakfast area can be improved to be a bit brighter than what currently is. But it is not a big deal at all. Please keep it up you excellent service. Good Job !!!

The hotel is one of the best hotel in Lampung. It’s located adjacent to the biggest mall in Bandar Lampung so it's quite convenient. For parking, suggest to head to P3 where it's spacious with duet access to hotel. The staffs were friendly especially the team at Amuse. The drinks are pricey but the service is good.

When we dined at Amuse, it took forever for the prawn and tacos to came out. When we protested, they gave us complimentary cocktails. The parking building is confusing. Unclear direction with limited space in the basement thus suggesting to park higher up.

Only one observation:- I am vegan and breakfast chef/staff made every attempt to ensure that they could provide an appropriate option. However, it turned out that there were many items on the main breakfast buffet that were actually vegan!!! I’d like to suggest that adding the universal vegan/vegetarian symbols to the existing food item labels would be VERY HELPFUL.

The staff is very wellcoming to the guest since check in until check out, location is very nice..connected to the mall so if you have nothing to do inside the room, just come down to the mall..take round or have some a cup of coffee, beside the hotel it self is having the gym facility or enjoying in the pool. Breakfast menu variety also very good.

The cleanliness and design of the room and very comfortable beds. A pleasant surprise awaited us in the room in the form of three different types of fruit. Very kind and helpful hotel staff with a highly professional approach to the hotel guest. ​

At breakfast, there was little choice of food, I would have liked a richer selection of mainly pastries

Location was great and it’s attached to a mall just minutes away walking from some good cafes and restaurants It’s super clean and the staff all of them are super friendly It’s a four stars hotel with all the five stars facilities

If only one thing to be done is to add more tv channels but it’s not a big deal

the massage spa is a hoax! it is expensive but the workmanship is bad. this happened to me twice. the spa ambiance and customer service were great except the workmanship.

This was so far one of the top 3 hotels I have ever been to, and I have been around..despite small heekup at the checkin around 9pm (we booked 1 hour before) when we were told the room is no longer available and therefore we got free upgrade, we had an amazing stay..new building in barely used shape and fancy rooms, exceptionally clean, superb sound insulation, comfortable pillows and bed, mall under the hotel..should I go on?

The only minor things that could still be improved are towels - they could smell nicer and our hallway - it was very warm (I suppose it was due to currently unused floor)..please keep up the great job!

Third time here. As usual, great customer service and attention to detail. It felt really personalised. They redeemed themselves with a complimentary massage from a different masseuse and it was much better. Thanks radisson. Will come back again as mentioned.

The location is fantastic as its connected to a mall. Food was good and was given in good quantity. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond.

We were a family of five and we down graded from a suite to two double rooms, but we noticed that there was bigger rooms available. I wonder why we were not offered the same.
