Room is okay, we got one pair of sandals instead of two. Breakfast is really nice and it has variety of food. Location is really good as you only need 10 minutes to walk from Bandung Train Station.

The staff is a bit slow and sometimes they look like they don't know what is going on. The pool could have been open longer and more light could be installed around the pool area.

The rooms were clean and right next to eachother. Too bad it hadn't been arranged that the two connecting rooms were both ours. We enjoyed the pool. It was great that late one night the hotel staff was still able to arrange a trip for us starting 6h30 the next morning. Location right next to the train station was good for us and only 5-10 min walk from Braga street is great.

The fact that we didn't have connecting rooms whilst my room did actually have a door connecting directly with a different room.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is big and it has the biggest pillow ever!

Overall, the hotel design is abit dated. And 1 of the lifts is not working. So waiting time is longer for the lift if you stay at higher floors. I stayed there for 4 nights but it seems no one is reparing the lift.

Hotel lobby very spacious and welcoming. Good variety of options for breakfast. Staff are very polite, responsive and accommodating. Comfy beds. Very strategic location as it's near the train station and pasar baru trade centre.

Bathroom is quite small. Would've preferred a larger safe box. No ironing board was provided with the iron. The bed covers are comfortable but stains are visible. The buttons on the air conditioning can be difficult to adjust.

all of them the staff are very good and credit for waiter Bima Bani Razaq, chef Alda and Santi from the Reception for the service and make us feel very welcome.

the swimming pool was dirty on the first day we reach, the water was a bit greenish in color has been told by staff from the pool that it was not been clean. But after we inform the reception, it was fix the next day. Very attentive.

The room was great Had a big desk and chair Internet great very fast Hotel is old but still comfortable Breakfast ok But no real butter for toast I recommend real butter This hotel is the best value And staff are great from reception to cleaners All very polite and nice Loved it .

Very strategic location.😀.Close to station, Braga Street, Pascal and Suiderman St. Very clean and comfortable bed, great rooftop pool and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic variety for breakfast.

Not really "didn't like", just sad to see this once really nice hotel becoming less nice because of lack of maintenance. The price dropped a lot so it's still nice for the price. It will not be able to maintain this way without maintenance budget.
