The breakfast was superb!! I really love the breakfast spread at this hotel. Taste was really good. They even have sandwich corner where you can order sandwich to your liking. But the next day they changed the sandwich corner to bread toast. I managed to get their specialty "Roti Bakar Bandung" which is very delicious. And for the kids corner, they even have yogurt ice cream with strawberry syrup topping, candies spread, and cotton candy!! They served cotton candy upon request. The kids really enjoy the breakfast here.

We stayed at level 10 and surprisingly they were mosquitoes in the room. However the problem solved as the next day we requested some mosquito spray. And we can sleep soundly on the following night.

We like it that the hotel close to the exit toll road from Jakarta. We are party of 2, room is spacious for us, good big window to allow natural lights come in. I also like that the room can be dark during the night - make it easier for sleep. TV has many channels and good reception. Wifi is also strong. Breakfast has many variety, my mum enjoys the breakfast very much. Staff is also very helpful with my mum in wheel chair.

I thought ASTON group committed to environment and provided water dispenser in each hallway. But not this ASTON. So I have to ask at the restaurant to fill in my water bottle. Would have been nice if you are committed to environment by providing water dispenser in each floor and water jug in each room. At the breakfast room, small spoon should be made available for coffee/tea. I can still smell cigarrettes smokes in the 7th floor - not nice. Bathroom could have been upgraded with extra hand towels. Bathroom door could use a little maintenance so that not too heavy for my weak mum. She has to be helped everytime she wants to go to the bathroom.

it’s clean (very important aspect for me!) so i had no complain. the location’s a little bit far from the center but that’s what you should know before you book a hotel :) it’s in Pasteur so it’s very convenient for people looking for a hotel right after the toll gates. no worries though, many restaurants and minimarkets nearby. breakfast options were great. the staffs were helpful, we asked for praying mat and they gave us directly. overall a pleasant stay.

The staff were amazingly friendly and very accommodating to any requests made. We had 3 rooms and they were all next to each other which was fantastic. The breakfast was incredible. Possibly the best breakfast in any hotel I have ever stayed in. The food choice was unreal!!

While the rooms matched the picture they were clearly taken a long time ago. They are very dated, with furniture a little scraped and damaged. This didn't bother us so wasn't a huge issue. I would suggest a minor refurb should be done in the near future. The only other thing we didnt like, which is our fault, not the hotels, was the location. With hindsight, we would have chosen a hotel in the city centre as it was a pain to get so many taxis to do anything.

The staff very friendly & helpful. The breakfast is delicious & variety.

Problem with the lift. Many guests but only 2 lifts working. Have to wait very long time until we have to take the stairs most of the time with our elderly mother. Hope the hotel will solve this problem.

Waiter and waitress has also been amazing and done a great job,she overing me a help to delivery my food to the table, fantastic. omelette guy have gone over and above to meet our needs. you guys are rock star to serve us in a friendly and professional manner. we will come back soon. thank you

The rooms are clean and comfortable. We have everything we needed for our stay. We also requested for a twin room that connects to a double room and they provided just that.

In the high season it could take a while for you to travel in between the floors as they would always be full. There would always be people queueing with us. There are 4 lifts but only two or three would be available. Things might be better in the low season.

the staff were friendly and was helpful, they accomodate all we need and even suggest some options. the food were exception and lot of choices. the room are spacious, clean and tidy.

they dont have place for kids (like playground), but dont worry they have swiming pool for kids

we booked a family room and got upgraded to family suites, seamless check in process, and the staff was wonderful. the room is spacious, but some furniture isn’t well maintained.

the bathroom’s floor is a bit slippery, and for a family suites the glass window at the bathroom is weirdly uncomfortable, since we can see the shadow of people during shower time. maybe you can put some roller blind for extra cover.

Bad pee smell in family suite's bathroom. It's been there since the beginning of our entrance to the room. Maybe because the bathroom's shower has no hose (rainshower type) so the staffs can't clean the entire bathroom properly or maybe because they don't clean the trash bin in the bathroom (it has no plastic bag covering the bin, so it has to be cleaned properly after each stay)
