Breakfast variation is good...

I had issue with my door lock... Battery depleted... I had to go to the front desk on the ground floor twice to get help and resolve the problem... The safety box wasn't able to be used... I can't reset the PIN.. ERROR... Refrigerator electricity will also be off when we pull off the room card... So when we leave the room without anyone.. food inside the refrigerator will not be refrigerated... Swimming pool is too small

The hotel is optimized for family stays, it has many family-friendly amenities. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were well kept. The shower was amazing though. Breakfast was pretty complete, plenty of Indonesian traditional breakfast dishes. Parking space was huge, though at full occupancy space might be scarce.

The WiFi was very unstable, I could barely have any connection while in the room. The elevator in the North Tower was not connected to each other, so that if you request an elevator, only the one that you press will be activated/requested, which for me is rather inefficient. Location is in the northern part of Cihampelas, so you have the choice of going to the city through Cihampelas or Cipaganti, but expect long traffic jams.

The breakfast buffet is very delicious & all staff are kind. My room especially my toilet so clean. I Recommended to who want to Bandung stay at here🥰

I like the mini zoo, the location of the hotel is also strategic, close to Bandung culinary, only there are often traffic jams in front of the hotel.

Only one room key was given, so it was difficult for us to access in and out of the elevator, so we asked the hotel staff for help. Also, if I call the hotel operator, it takes a very long time to pick up the phone.

i like the room space. the hospitality was average due to limited staffs. the breakfast excellent with many variations. the kids facilities was great too, but the kids pool a bit to small despite the total pool space was limited too.

the cleanlines below average. old rugs floor. not too maintained elevator. limited number of staffs, because of pandemic may be. parking space very limited and too narrow in between. the furniture in north wing main lobby was not maintain.

Always happy to visit Grand Tjokro when we visit bandung with family. Kids love to see the mini zoo and other facilities there, we've been to Grand Tjokro several times, so surely will come back again

Minizoo was okay for a 15min visit. Breakfast was nice with many options and kids area, allthough crowded on weekends at 7am to 8am, avoid that time if possible.

Lighting could be improved to please people who prefer bright rooms.

All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. And the responsiveness was also very very good

Wifi was not helping at all, didn't work properly. Breakfast scheduled for 6-7 AM for 1st batch (due to covid), but the food and staffs were not ready! Very disappointed Coffee was still cold, eggs corner still empty, grill corner not ready and some other foods as well.. There is no place to hang tour towels and we were in family room which were make it even worse due to many towels needs to be dried..

The breakfast is not as complete as before at 2019

First time internet can not connected to my lap top, after calling technision, it can work better. My payment already settle by credit card, but hotel ask to pay by transfer, its strange
