The staff hospitality, great attitude specially the front desk gent (forgot the name) who always have a can do attitude

The cleanliness, expecially bottom of the bad, its supposed to be more detail and cleanest as not so many guest stay in during Pandemic

The location, room size, amenities were great. The bed was comfortable. The AC was excellent. Overall, I only stayed for one night but I feel happy.

TV channel was lack of option. The wifi connection was poor, but thank you XL connection was strong enough. So I just use my data. Parking area was limited. I stay on weekdays so luckily I've got a good spot. Bed linens weren't clean, but it's not stinky. Breakfast options were limited in the restaurant. You only got one cup of tea/coffee. So you need to pay if you want to drink water. The walls between room were thin so I can hear everyone speaking or walking in the corridor.

The room was as expected, and the location was quite in the city center, so it was easy to get around. On the first floor, it has a cafe and this corner shop selling memorable stuffs from the 90s making it rather unique.

The cafe seemed to be pretty popular, so parking was not always easy as I needed to fight with the cafe-goers. They did have valet, so that was quite helpful. And, one of the beds was super creaky, and I am on the lean side; the other one was completely fine, though.

I'm back for a second time, and the location, bed, and hospitality are still amazing.

I would suggest that the hotel consider upgrading the TVs to smart TVs and exchanging all the old towels.

The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom also bigger than most of the 3-star hotel in Bandung.

The air conditioning was not working properly. I still felt hot even though the temperature was 18°C. But I didn't told the staff because it was a very short stay. The ac might needs some maintenance.

Location was very central and convenient. Staff were all excellent and helpful!! Food at My Kopi O was excellent too.

Walls were rather thin, I could hear what the next door guests chatting and kids running around at the corridor. Otherwise hotel is fine.

Good room clean and comfortable. Nice staff, very central location can walk around also available many places. The coffee resto in the hotel also very convenient.

the htl good for stay and sleep , there is a good restaurant and ce cream location is great for food and shopping all walking distance to heritage etc easy to get meal many resto

the htl policy not allowed issue the second key even wt pay, very unconveinient if you share the room wt friend wt diffrent agenda , very strange the only htl maybe in the worl I ve ever stay not allowed this spoil all of the fun

Very clean room and bed above my expectations. Breakfast although not many variance but the taste is surprisingly good. Thumbs up for the Cook. This hotel is highly recommended.

None, value for money indeed.

The room is comfy, the bathroom is also clean, and the location is near the factory outlets.

The breakfast menu is limited, no egg station.
