Location , facilities and staff. Further more, i always have mu usual room ie 707 n 706. I have been in this room since 2012. So i feel comfortable and also most of their staff still recognised me. Except for this time most of them were not in this hotel anymore except for leni. Sometimes with the previous staff, i was upgraded to a better room on on my special ocassion when i stayed there but not this time.

The room n toilet should be upgraded. Still in the same conditions since 2012. Towel provided must change at least once a year. Furniture can be upgraded

The room is spacious and well-lighted both from the electrical light (plenty in the room) as well as from the big window through which sunlight gets in the room. It gives guests a sense of coziness and comfort. The washroom has a bathtube that can also be used for shower and a set of towels both big and small. The quality of room and washroom is always number one on the list before anything else, and I'm satisfied with this particular aspect.

The lobby is a bit too small and is not too comfortable to sit at. There is no water shower for washing near the toilet, and while tissue paper is provided right next to it, for Indonesians the availability of water right at the toilet or near it is still a necessity.

Location - central to the city; < 2 KMs from train station Breakfast spread was good! Super polite staff

1.) Early check-in could be an issue - their usual time is 16:00 2.) If you're going to use their parking facilities, make sure not to misplace the parking ticket - I had to pay 50K IDR fine for it, despite parking being complimentary for the guests staying at the hotel. So much for surveillance cameras and security guard at the gate!

Booked the premier double room. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and has a bathtub (I think it's rare to find value for money hotel with a bathtub in Bandung, mostly showers only). Free wifi in the room but gets a bit laggy if you have more than four gadgets connected. Very attentive, friendly staff and nice swimming pool.

None related to the hotel's staff, more like the guest. Since the swimming pool has no lifeguards, I saw kids are swimming unattended. A kid even jumped to the pool with sandals on. Should've had staff checking or monitoring this. And parking is horrendous on weekends, apparently, it's a popular wedding venue. I appreciate having free parking but it'd be nice to have dedicated guest-only parking.

I had to do 2 hour earlier check in for a reason and I made a call to the hotel. The receptionist told me they will try preparing the room and just on time I stepped on the hotel, they called me and told that my room was ready. The service was excellent. The room has bath up with reasonable price. The location is at the center of Bandung and from my room I can see the Surapati flyover. I had a really wonderful experience in this hotel. Surely, I wanna stay here again.

Swimming pool size is a little bit small but it's okay.

i choose paid at property and when i confrimed i will check in very late the hotel still waited and not release to others. and i left note that ita our wedding annvsry. the hotel gave us small decoration and cake in the room. so surprise. thanks a lot surely will comeback stay again

Request for an iron but it took forever. Apparently the iron is shared. Surprised that a 4 star hotel cant afford to provide an iron to each room or at least has sufficient amount of iron to be shared.

Really nice rooms, staff follow health protocols. The bathtub is clean. It seems all rooms have bathtubs. Room service is yummy but affordable.

Some gym equipment aren't working. Pool situated in a windy place, without a lot of sun, resulting in a very cold pool. I've been to other Bandung hotels and the pools there aren't as cold.

I'm a regular visitor at Novotel Bandung. I'm already getting used to their layout, and their cleanliness is top-notch. All the crew are hospitable and bedding is comfortable
