Fantastic staff, particularly Ridwan and all the rest of the team. In a great location near Paskal 23 shopping centre, it provided easy access to many shops and other areas around the hotel. Grab and Gojek access downstairs too. Decent 3 star rooms, with an unheated pool on site. I was able to hire a driver for the day from the hotel to visit various sites (thank you Ridwan, you were a very safe driver). Warm friendly service. Breakfast on-site good too.

Great location, good internet connection everywhere in the hotel, well equipped and cleaned daily.

Extremely thin walls and you could hear absolutely everything from your neighbours. Also, being on top of the mall, the room view was quite sad.

Good hotel, was close to the station, food market and shopping area. Room was clean and tidy, facilitations (pool, reception, laundry) were good. It exceeded our expectations by a small bit. Would we book here again? Yes.

Tourist services were far more expensive then booking it somewhere else. So in case you want to book a day trip do not do it at the hotel.

This hotel located next to paskal 23 mall make it easy to find food, or anything else. The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and nice.. love the room! Sure will be back again

Can't find any specific things i didn't like from this hotel, it just will be better if the bathroom is equiped with shower jet (im staying with toddler, which is easier to clean with shower jet), but it wasn't a big deal though

No fridge Just comparing breakfast options to Harris. Harris had a wider range of options for breakfast. But honestly minor things. The amazing everything else outweighs the bad.

Room, bedding, towels are quite clean. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall in the middle of the city. Fast internet connection. Spacious room. Paskal food market and other good cafes are within walking distance. Free and safe parking. Staffs are very helpful.

Room is quite fairly priced but it would be better if the rate include breakfast.

It is convenient. The location is superb.

We were there during the peak season, the breakfast room was too small for such crowd. We had to wait for 30 mins for our seat for breakfast.

Location was amazing, with easy access to Paskal 23 Shopping Malls. You can grab food/medicine/other amenities quickly, no need to commute outside of Paskal area.

The hotel floor was rather dirty. I walked around in my room for a while, jumped into the bed and was surprised when I found that so much dust have made it onto the bed, more mopping please. Lifts were also very scarce, occasionally you’d have to queue for more than 5 minutes. Everything else were great.

THE STAFFS!! They were sooo nice, friendly, and helpful! Also they had various of breakfast menu and it was all delicious. Had a good staycation in this hotel, thank you!

Almost all about this hotel perfect, i just hope they take notes on how many people booked the room to prepared enough amenities (esp in the room) 😅
