Business hotel with good facilities (Spa, Pool, own restaurant etc.). Rooms well equiped and clean Kind and helpfull staff (even if sometimes a bit over ambitious, but in a nice & friendly way)

My room had a significant smell of cold ashes from past smoking - even if I asked explicitely for a non smoking room (what I also need to sign at check in, that I'm not allowed to smoke in the room) - but it was not over dramativ. The big minus point from my side is the location: Far away from the city center and more than 1km from the next street with restaurants - or better said Indonesian street food stalls. Also far away from public transport (bus station, ferry etc.). This forced me always calling a Grab Taxi to everywhere I wanted to go (which was quite expansive in the end) and to dine in the hotel own restaurant - which was OK, but not more.

We always stay here before we take the ferry to Bali. And it is never disappointing: always feels like coming home when you arrive here at this hotel. Friendly atmosphere, good vibes, nice staff, efficient check in, super nice in-house restaurant, kind of small rooms, but very comfy, cable TV all channels also CNN. Coffee maker in the room. Yes good! Breakfast also well done and very helpful staff.

Not much not too like. Everything is just fine, maybe only the small handtowels you don't find in the bathroom, and also only one toilet roll, not a spare one, so ask for it when you get to the room!

A good location relatively central in Banyuwangi (more or less close to bus, train and ferry). The pool is a great asset, with a nice lounging area. Staff is friendly, and there is ample choice for eating at the property. The rooms are spacious and clean as well.

We ordered some drinks in the afternoon at the pool, but it took more than 30 minutes to get then even though there were nearly no other costumers.

The hotel is easy to find. We checked in after a long drive from Kuta, Bali, therefore we couldn't be bothered with going out for dinner. We ordered from the hotel's kitchen and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food we received. For breakfast, we had to pay extra for our children. Since both our children are under 12, we only had to pay half the adult price for each child. The hotel didn't have a room with a large bed available when we checked in, but they went out of their way to put the twin beds in our room together to make a large bed. Superb service!

We didn't like the frosted glass wall separating the shower and the bed. If we had Thor's and Black Widow's physique, I guess that would be okay. But we are closer to Butter Bean, so..no. Just no.

Great breakfast. We enjoyed the local menu and it was so many options to taste. We dont need to find other restaurant to taste Banyuwangi food.

Room is too small for family room option

Breakfast was wonderful. They catered for both local as well as foreign tastes. The variety was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well presented rooms, comfortable bed. Close to centre of Banyuwangi.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious room. Near to the port where I and my family transfer to Bali next day.

Room was comfort, parking area has many space, staff were friendly, bathroom was good, facilities were good, drinking water can took ourself from dispenser

Wifi was not so good, sometimes need to restart. Some staffs did not wear mask due to covid issue

This was my second time staying at this hotel and still love it! Fyi, Aston Banyuwangi are already CHSE certified hotel. The staff was very helpful & well manered.. the room itself was clean, hot water works well, perfect stay after a long-hour-drive from other city! Their In-room food service was still as good as the first time I stayed in last year.. Keep it up! Definately will re-book whenever I'm in Banyuwangi 😊 PS : I recommend Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang to look up to you guys in terms of staff attitude, as my husband expirienced an uncomfortable situation during our stay..

Fast & easy to check in/out. Water dispenser at every floor is very useful after day activity. The view feom my room to the sea/Bali is nice. Many restaurants within 5km.
