A new, modern, beautifully designed hotel. Believe the pictures you see, it really is like that! Staff are amazing: competent, friendly, and they lack the shyness that staff members have in other places. Thank you to the manager and the whole team, we had a great stay here! Breakfast is amazing, and dinner as well,. There's a brand new and very well equipped gym that we used every day. We loved sitting at the outside bar and just watch the sea and nearby Bali. We'll be back at the Dialoog some time in the future for sure!

Although the beach was under construction at the moment of our visit, we did not like how much plastic there was everywhere. That made us sad.

Breakfast was wonderful as the hotel provided many options. The property is clean and well kept.

No fresh juices, plastic water bottles in the room, plastic containers for shampoo, soap and conditioner as well as as daily replacement of towels. If guests don’t ask for clean, fresh towel during their stay (two or three days), the same towel may be used. The hotel can opt for one big bottle each for soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also provide glass bottle to be refilled with water from dispenser outside of the hotel rooms

Hotel is great. Room is spacious. Garden is well maintained. Staff is extremely polite.

Egg selestions during breakfast shall be ordered, even the breakfast package during weekend shall be ordered, not displayed. Selection of mineral water and shower gel not represent the premium hotel as Dialoog. Coffee glass also too short for ice latte (its getting warm very quick, ice gone very soon due to hot coffee base n too small quantity of ice). The leaves between pool to beach shall be trimmed shorter for a better photo view.

Excellent service and super friendly staff. Food options in the restaurant for dinner/ lunch and breakfast are very good. We got an upgrade to a nice sea-view room. All tours organized through the hotel, which were very nice.

The beach is not usable and there was a excavator moving around rocks constantly during the day.

-We were upgraded to a suite. We could see Bali from the room! -Beautiful new and clean rooms. -Wonderful pool. -Very friendly staff.

-Communication is through whatsapp to fhe front desk. A wonderful concept, but response time can be somewhat slow. For example, I needed to wait for an hour to receive a bintang radler. Also, it was quite unclear wether my roomservice order was confirmed or not.

- Walls were way too thin. I could hear my neighbor showering and packing up to leave at 4.00 am. It was extremely uncomfortable. I think they were a family with children, like mine. I could hear the kids crying, parents scolding, and running outside my room. AT 4.00AM! - The separate shower, toilet and sink setting was a little uncomfortable. I would prefer all three in one bathroom, rather than separate.

Love the view! I really miss looking at the beautiful view from the balcony. It's a view I cant forget. The massage at the spa was so relaxing.

The food : need to improve the taste, seriously. The toiletries : for a resort, quite disappointed with the minimal supply and quality of soap/shampoo. Plus, the small packagings are not eco friendly. Better have big bottles of soap/shampoo.

I wish that the breakfast could have had more of a variety. The massage after a half day of snorkeling was amazing, as I fell asleep while getting it.

I do not understand why a breakfast that is included in the cost of my overnight stay would require me to pay for latte, as it is considered by the property to be a specialty coffee drink. Comfort wise I always bring/buy drinks for my room’s refrigerator. I have never paid so much for a room that does not come equipped with a mini refrigerator.

Loved the view from the pool. Nice design of the hotel. Comfortable room.

When we bought food from outside (the local cuisine) and we wanted to eat in the hotel's restaurant, the charge was 250,000 per person, while the food costs 25,000. I can understand if the corkage of 250,000 is for wine, which could cost around 700-1,000,000 per bottle. The proportion here just doesn't make sense.

I booked the hotel for my parents, they love it very much. The facilities in the hotel are already nice so they didnt need to explore outside too much. The hotel has a grand pool with a very great view of the ocean with the mountain view, beautiful landscape, and comfortable room.
