Very nice room with a beautiful view over the hills and golf course. I really liked the balcony for that outdoor feeling. The staff (every one I encountered) was super friendly and made me feel welcome as a guest. Huge outdoor pool, and an even more beautiful semi outdoor “rooftop” infinity pool at the 10th floor. With a nice terrace for relaxing by the pool. I always tend to eat out when travelling but the in house restaurant was very good (but obviously more expensive than dining out). Batam is not the most beautiful island, but the hotel was in a very nice and clean “high end” area. Can happily recommend this hotel!

Very clean, very nice polite and friendly staff. From door people, taxi drivers, reception stars, cleaners, bar and food personnel. Special mention to Tika who looked after us on bbq night, bringing and explaining the local delicacies to us. Obviously you can get up and help yourself to whatever you like but we liked that she included us to help us try the locals food. Breakfast such a wide range to choose from to suit many nationalities /

Some loose decking boards around the pool area. Not very central but taxis are super cheap so not a problem but didn’t feel you can go on a walk locally.

My stay was exceptional, highlighted by the staff's outstanding service, especially Roni, who went above and beyond in assisting me, notably when I accidentally broke a cup. The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. Its location near Batam Centre and local eateries is convenient. The breakfast was a highlight, offering an extensive and delicious selection that represents excellent value for money.

The shower wasn’t hot enough. Even at its maximum, it was lukewarm. As it was late, I didn’t call for maintenance to come.

Lovely hotel with beautiful view of the golf course. We like the indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi. The outdoor pool is located at the ground floor overlooking the hills and the golf course which is very nice. They offer a scrumptious breakfast with a wide selection of local and international cuisine. The food was delicious and well presented. The staff were very polite, attentive and helpful. Our room was well appointed and very clean. As it is located away from the busy area, it gives you a lot of privacy and a peaceful environment for relaxation. You will feel that you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Jacuzzi by the indoor pool at the 10th floor is not heated. It can be very cold to use it even on a normal day as it is very windy up there. It would have been much better if its heated.

The hotel has made new upgrades and introduced Liminal by Starbucks. It was a good option for dinner apart from the hotel restaurant. Our kids always love this hotel as they get to enjoy the activities in the kids club and the pool. This trip surprisingly we were able to get the extra bed for the suite and it was more comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids.

I found it shocking that outsiders are open to walk in and use the gym facility, one guy seated near the lift and went up with me without the key card and request me to press the gym floor. The hotel security need to be improved.

Everything! We loved everything about this hotel. From the first encounter with the receptionists upon check in, to the refreshing lemongrass welcome juice, beautiful, grand interior in the lobby, we were already impressed before we even got to our rooms. We had 2 interconnecting rooms in level 7, Rooms 704 and 705 that overlooked the lush greenery of the golf course and the swimming pools. We were only supposed to stay 2 nights but extended it for another night when we arrived and loved it. Breakfast was generous and delicious, a variety of sweet pastries, cereals, freshly squeezed juices and an egg/omelet station as well as an Asian buffet area. Overall loved our stay!

Fantastic place to stay in, comparable to a 5 star hotel standard in Singapore. Hotel is very clean and what I love most is the facilities on level 10 which has an amazing Balinese style decor. Totally blew me away when I stepped into this level in the night. It is not super close to the shopping malls and a ride is about 15 mins away via their complimentary shuttle bus. But that is fine with me because I prefer an accomodation that is peaceful and away from all the noise. My son loves the kids club and swimming pool on level 1 as well. It is a little pricey at S$200/night but it is totally worth the price 👍🏻

Property was good, however I think our room was below the Gym so we could hear people dropping weights on the floor. We were mostly about to leave our room or have waken up when the sounds would start, so it didn’t cause a lot of problems for us.

I love the peaceful and tranquil vibes I get when I stay at The Radisson. It is very spacious. Love the pool area, the green vastness, the resort feel of the entire place. Staff were very friendly and attentive and ever ready to assist. Love that the property is near great F&B outlets and that the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from these places any time of the day.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Mr. Agung is very hospitable. The facilities are clean and fun to occupy my teens during wet weather. Breakfast variety is good. We enjoyed the stay and our golf game there!

The price is a little high without breakfast and bed is insufficient for pax of 4 although it’s mentioned for 4 persons. Due to the lack of customers, the shops and facilities are not readily available due to shortage of manpower. We always have to wait for staff to bring us the sports equipment and open the shop to buy things we need. However, the staff are all very friendly and hostile although they feel apologetic.
