The breakfast offered satisfies everyone's palate. The jogging track will keep you in good health in your holiday. We observed the families had fun with the swimming pools and kid's area. We love the coffee and cake at Illy's. We also enjoyed playing the 'table top football' and feeding the koi fishes. The gazeebo and the river viewing deck are best for pictures. The best of all, the hotel is well decorated with colorful butterfly orchids and also some decorations for the holiday.

It was my second time stay at Aston. The view and weather of this resort is great. All hotel staffs is friendly and they do quick action as well at the time we need something such as additional towel, more tea, sugar and shower cap.

Since my stay is long weekend so the property is quite crowd. I have to wait around 30 minutes before the room is ready to be used. Maybe the staff did make up room in a hurry so some complimentary wasn't complete such as lack of shower cap, tea, sugar, slipper.

I like the mirrors: at the kitchen sink, in the bedroom and in the toilet. The linen: pillow case, duvet, comforter, towel smell fresh and good. No stinky smell from kispray and detergent. The only setback is, too crowded at breakfast buffet. Maybe more tables and space must be added.

Kids recreation are amazing - different sizes of pool, kids playground and kids outbound. Many outdoor activities are available in this hotel including e-bike vehicle and jogging track. Front office including concierge and security staff are very nice and helpful.

Staff and service. Long wait in bar and restaurant plus no staff standby by the counter of bar/cafe. long wait for room service plus many miss communication between the staff (kitchen and room service staff) as my order came wrong and un complete.

Breakfast was good as usual. Room quite clean, beddings n towels quite clean. Staff always nice and provide good services.

Toilet sometimes smell pee very strong, I guess from the toilet drain hole from room next door. Toilet cleanliness need more attention. Room on lobby level was too noisy too many guests passed by even after midnight.

All good: reception, room, facilities, staffs with full of smiles. Peak season in a long weekend but all staffs still helpful and keep greeting.

I had a twin bed room despite already booked for a queen bed. However, problem solved by making 2 beds to one. Fine, it was understood due to fully booked during long w'end

Amazing staff - always very friendly and helpful. Great pool and spa facilities - my partner and I each got a couple of spa treatments that were probably the best we have ever had and were incredibly affordable. Very good food at the restaurant. And the location was just perfect for us as we were attending a friend's wedding there in one of the days of our stay.

staff was courteous and the hotel was clean, The location is beautiful. you can see mountains and all that nature has to offer. there is a river flowing within the resort. old property but nice and clean. there was some challenge with food order which F&B manager took care of well.

charges for water bottle. linens in spa were smelling of oil not properly washed

I like the fast response of the staff, where we ask for an upgraded room.. We had an amazing room with an amazing views just what we are hoped for.. because we are also choose Aston Bogor to celebrate my husband birthday. The food (breakfast) is wonderful, there's so many variety of dishes and i couldn't try them all.. The facility, especially for swimming pools are well managed.. because it has pool for adults and kids differently and the guards are making sure the safety of each customers. Plus, thanks so much for the mini bday cake.. only slight sugggestion: FO inform the cust that it will be delivered after check in, not before so it lowered the expectation while entering the room. Overall, we felt so specials because of the upgraded rooms.. its very spacious and homey.. thanks for all of the hospitality! Definitely would recommend my big family to stay here next time..

1. We booked 1 bed room in booking.com because its more expensive than the duluxe ones. We expect much due to the type of room and price, however the room is not pleasant at all.. no views and not so spacious.. I think Aston Bogor could consider this type and the value of the money. 2. The outbound for kids also can be ready early, especially on Saturday and Sunday. 3. Please also consider to add another changing room near adults pool.

Friendly staff, very good vibe, relaxation.

Although the hotel vibe was vey nice, my room was not comfortable. It was close to a busy street. In addition, some loud maintenance work started in morning. Therefore, I did not sleep well for a week. I asked the receptionist to change my room but I have been told that the hotel is fully booked. The breakfast was average except for Monday it was great. One more thing, the TV channels were analog not digital which is really weird. Something worth to mention is the hotel is obviously old and needs some renovations specifically the window glass it should be double glazed not single.
