Thank you very much for your hospitality! It's a lovely B&B that really looks like a hotel, and a fabulous boutique hotel, which is a rare gem in Bali. They have slippers and comfortable batik bathrobes, brushes, tissues, soaps, shampoo and gel, - everything you need! They offer you the afternoon tea/coffee and they even give you some treats with it, we had the tastiest banana bread! They also leave as a present a plate of fruits in your room. The mini bar prices are almost the same as at a grocery store, the cheapest mini bar prices I've ever seen. Everything and everyone made our stay magic: from the curtains inside the room that make your privacy so warm and comfy, to the food arrangements at the breakfast, and general attention and politeness of the staff. The pool is clean, but it's always cold, because it's on the shadowy side. The bed is too soft (I know how it sounds 😂), because it has 2 mattresses. If the hotel could get rid of the thinest mattress, the bed would be perfect. The food is delicious, and the prices are cheaper than the most Canggu cafes. Best chef ever 💐🍜🙏 Thank you so, so much! We appreciate everything, we will definitely come back.

The pool is clean, but cold, because it's on the shadow side. The bed is too soft, because it has 2 mattresses. It would be better if you could get rid of the thinest one. I don't think that it's in your full capabilities, but the river is really dirty and smelly, it would be nice if the Banjar could clean it. 🙏

I stayed for almost 4 weeks!!! It’s a lovely place with maybe the most friendly staff I have even met at a hotel. A big thanks goes to them that they make your day with their kindness. Always available during the whole day for whatever you need. I enjoyed the breakfast as well as it’s homemade, made the moment you order it. At the menu you have few options, which is a good sign for a good breakfast. I didn’t have breakfast every day there as i had to see the city as well :) Comfortable room and bed and super clean. You can rent a scooter as well.

Two things to take into consideration, the place is right next to a rice field which looks amazing but the atmosphere outdoor can be a bit humid. One thing that needs to be improve it’s the humidity in the toilet which create an unpleasant smell especially during the night. For people like me who are a bit sensitive with the smells, this might be a distraction during a long stay. The staff did all they could to help with that however, it would be great if all bathrooms could be renovated in order to fix the issue.

The staff is from another world, super helpful and easygoing. The breakfast it is fantastic, I’m so happy I decided to take the room with breakfast and the complementary tea time it’s something that I love a lot. Regardless the location in Canggu, it’s a quiet place, you sleep in peace with the nature sound, the rice field gives a touch to the peacefulness you have in this place.

It was😍 amazing to stay at this hotel!! Great location, delicious food, beautiful relaxing and quiet time to enjoy by the pool. Owners very nice and polite like all staff very welcome. Especially one lady made an impression on me🤗I am very grateful that I met such a honest woman with a big warm heart❤️ I would like to thanks her once again, as well as the owners and all staff for a wonderful time. Pangkung Sari is the BEST. The rooms are so homey, and the hotel is located on a rice paddy which makes it a super tranquil oasis from the craziness of Canggu. Located two minute walk from some excellent restaurants - Kong and Indigo. The drinks and food are very affordable and are delicious. They keep their coconuts cold! The pool area is super cute, and they didn't mind that we brought our own bottle from the duty free - they even gave us an ice bucket and we just bought tonic! But the best part of Pangkung Sari is the people that work there. Indonesia is known for having excellent service everywhere but the staff of Pangkung Sari are so special - they will go out of their way to help you even with the craziest requests (like bringing you Soto Ayam at 1am in the morning or getting you an Indonesian sim card - they even loaned me money one day I didn't have cash for a Grab), and they do everything in a way that makes it seem like it is a friend helping you out, not an employee. I cannot describe with justice how great they all are, but when I am there, it feels like my home in Bali. Everywhere else we stayed on this past trip was 3 - 5 times the price as Pangkung Sari, and they were beautiful places, but Pangkung Sari is my favorite because of the people.

They don't open up booking too far in advance (at least on booking.com) so I was checking every other day to see if they had opened up rooms for my stay, I didn't want to miss my chance since Pangkung Sari books up fast and twice out of the five times I tried to book I was not able to get a room. So, they are too popular sometimes :)

Honestly such a lovely little place - nice and quiet, tucked away down a little side street. Walking distance to convenience stores, and about 30 minute walk to Finn’s. The staff were all beyond kind and welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable and happy the whole time. Rooms were cleaned impeccably, great air conditioning and shower, bed was comfortable and pool was lovely. And breakfast very yummy and great portions. Not a bad word to say!

Staff was always very friendly and helpful! There was a lobby boy all the time sitting at the reception, so the hotel was continuously under control. Room service absolutely perfect, every day room was left sparklingly clean. Hot water was available at all times. Food was always freshly made, delicious and instagramable xD (For instagram hunters you need to experience those breakfasts!) Highly recommend this hotel!

This is a gem of a hotel. It felt like a spa! Everything was top of the line in quality and cleanliness. The breakfast smoothe bowls were excellent! So delicious!

My friend and I both experienced some sort of burning sensation on our legs while visiting the pool Mine was while sitting on the lounge chairs and hers was inside the pool. Perhaps it was the chemicals in the pool? It didn't impact our stay. We loved it here but just wanted to notate it.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The pool area was great (small bar and also a place to work was available). The room has been cleaned every day. You get vouchers on arrival, which you can redeem daily for coffee/tea + banana bread at the pool bar. (Vegan milk is also available). The location of the accommodation is very good, everything can be reached by scooter in 5-10 minutes.

More free water could be provided. We got 2 x 0.5 litres of water in our room every day.

Love this hotel! Location is great. The staff are friendly and helpful, the landscaping and pool area are so pretty. Beds are comfortable, and it just feels so nice coming back to the room after a day out in Canggu. They provided some fresh locals fruits which were so tasty, especially the mangosteen and salak! Complimentary refreshing drink upon arrival. Staff helped to park the scooter when we return each night. They clean the rooms daily and provide fresh towels. They respond to our questions and requests so quickly too on the booking.com app. Wish we could have stayed here longer!
