Excellent Location especially if you want to party at the night Pool is good and overlooks the street I also liked their resteraunt..had the squid barbeque..was really nice Didn't use the other pool but it looked a nice and relaxing area to soak in the sun Breakfast was also decent - omlette tasted nice

I had engaged with the hotel reception staff for check in at 12:30 and on chat they agreed..we reached accordingly at 12:25..but they said chat communication is indicative. Eventually, we were given check in at 1:10

There are no real drawbacks to the property, it is close to the port where you get off of the boat so you don’t have to worry about using a horse and carriage. Can find everything you need extremely close but it’s a small island and anywhere on the front has this quality. The rooms were lovely and the staff were nice. Breakfast was also lovely so I would suggest option for the breakfast included option.

My only issue is not with the hotel but with the island. The horse and carriages are beyond cruel. Anyone who has a heart just shouldn’t go, these horses can be seen frothing from the mouth, are visibly underweight and malnourished and frightened of the owners. It’s clear they aren’t given enough water throughout the day and then the owners have the audacity to slap these horses when they play up after being underfed. Honestly ruined the entire trip to Gili T for me. This is just an FYI as I was not aware before I went and I wouldn’t have spent the money to go there if I would have known.

We have just spent the last 5 nights at The Beach House Resort and can honestly say we had the BEST stay. Every single staff member was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and accommodating every day with huge smiles on their faces. The location is fantastic, so close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants. All the locals are super friendly and welcoming! A huge shout out especially to Nando, Ardana and Lan at The Beach House - you are all amazing and made our stay one to remember! Thank you all so much!! Highly recommend staying in this hotel on the Gili T island. We will be back in the future!! Olivia & Mylo - UK! :)

I genuinely think this is the best hotel on the island. The staff could not have been any better, so helpful, attentive and friendly to us. Location is incredible, the pool facilities were great, especially the one at the front with the swim up bar. We also ate at the BBQ restaurant belonging to the hotel and this was great too. Rooms were spacious and no issues with noise at all despite being near the Irish bar (hotel provided ear plugs just in case but we never needed these). If I came back to Gili T I would never stay anywhere else other than this hotel. The breakfast options were fantastic too… If you stay here order the frojhito cocktail!

This hotel was amazing. It is right on the beach and has amazing views. We stayed here for 4 nights, it's in a perfect location for the island. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, especially Gede (Pedro) full of smiles. My friend and I spent lots of time at the pool and enjoyed the bar and the vibe. The beds are super comfy and the room is spacious and well equipped. There is live music at night round the pool which again is a lovely vibe. The breakfast included is delicious and good value for money. I loved my stay and would definitely stay again if I return to Gilli T. Thank you team 👌🏼

It can be a little noisy at night but earplugs are supplied and it didn't stop me from sleeping.

Great location, nice helpful staff, loved the outside bathroom/toilet, not too noisy despite being on the noisy side of the island, A la carte breakfast but good range. Great 10 mins complimentary shoulder massage

Breakfast drinks options were terrible. Only 2 juice options which were so overdiluted, they might as well be flavoured water. Jug of Lombok coffee which was undrinkable and you have to pay more for any drinks from the coffee machine. For a supposed 4-star hotel, the breakfast drinks offered were unacceptable. Front pool was pristine but a bit exposed, the inner pool didn't appear to be cleaned as well as the front though which was unideal.

The location, the pool, the overall atmosphere and the value for money. Would definitely recommend this place for a two nights stay in Gili T.

You get what you paid for, which is pretty basic. Our room was small and could use touch ups.The walls were cracked, the curtains had some stains on them, and the overall feeling was the room felt worn out. Also our outdoor bathroom (which was nice) had a weird food smell. The towels need to be renewed too. Also, although the breakfast was not bad, I received a spoiled yogurt in my granola bowl, which was kinda alarming.

We had a great stay at The Beach House Resort, we were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink, the staff carried our luggage to the room. The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the port and restaurants, with a view of the beach from the reception. The room is clean and functional, in the hall there's a small closet and a safe box, there's a desk with a mini-fridge, the bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean. In the bathroom, towels are provided, they give small bottles of drinking water, hand soap, small samples of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a small hairdryer. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one at the entrance with a bar in the water and a 2nd quieter one, there is a restaurant in the hotel and another further away, and a spa. In the evenings, singers give concerts in a pleasant atmosphere. We loved our stay and we will come back on our next trip.

This hotel was easy to get to from wharf. Super central and a cool vibe from the moment you arrive.

Here’s where i get disappointed! I was approached from front desk to arrange a snorkeling and island tour. My request was a little snorkeling and a stop in Gili Meno and Gili Air. On the day i was taken snorkeling however given 15 mins on Gili Meno and when i asked about Gili Air i was told there was nothing there!! I paid for a 2 hour trip and ended up getting dropped off after 1.5 hours? So here is my point! What i asked for and what i received was NOT What i wanted! If you offer day trip services listen to what has been requested and provide some sort of intinerary! I really liked this property but, unlikely to return!

I stayed here as a solo traveler for 4 nights & now I don’t want to stay anywhere else on Gili T, ever! This place is stunning, clean, incredible service with lots of staff, easy & quick check-in, wide availability/hours of pool, restaurant and bar, a full menu, TWO POOLS, a luggage storage room, a barista that brews Expat coffee, and even the BBQ across the road. It has beautiful decor & is well-lit at night. The housekeeping was on top of it. The back pool was so nice for a quiet night swim, and had plenty of lounge chairs around it, and the front pool was great for being social, hanging at the bar & being amidst all the action. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the left of the pier, with plenty of bike rental and convenience stores around, and ATM’s within a 10 minute walk. There is the biggest Irish bar on the island next door, but our room was way in the back (208) so we didn’t hear it too much, but I am a super heavy sleeper & use ear plugs. the further away you can sleep away from the irish bar, the better off you might be when trying to sleep. I am a heavy sleeper & use ear plugs, so I was fine in room 208
