This hotel was far nicer than we expected. Beautifully appointed, super clean, modern and well designed. The staff were awesome. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were perfect for our needs. Air Con was super quiet and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Small things: No fridge in our room, no towels in the gym. Otherwise pretty difficult to criticise as it was so good.

Huge clean rooms plus the entire brand new hotel itself in the heart of Jakarta. Byt the most l liked the reception stuff Ingritt and Jennifer the security Adam and of course thr manager Mr.Echo. Thank you, guys. So, as l am an American Mew Yorker, a very picky businessman with branches all.over the world l would like to recommend this facility for my all fellow Americans brothers & sisters. If you're in Jakarta, just go there, and l will give you money back if you'll be disappointed. I stayed in Jakarta over 60 times at the best hotels like Grand Hyatt Kempinski Pullman Shangri LA and many others, which is not worth it money l paid for. Please believe me, this hotel is #1 for sure, and l am telling you this is the truth even if l had some arguments and misunderstandings at the beginning there. 100% THUMBS-UP

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ashley Tanah Abang, and I can confidently say that it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay memorable and comfortable. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was struck by the hotel's elegance and welcoming ambiance. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Their warm greetings and genuine hospitality set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room I stayed in was nothing short of luxurious. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident, from the plush bedding to the modern bathroom with high-quality toiletries. I was not sure what to expect but the hotel is good value. Lobby and public areas are beautifully decorated. Staff are very efficient and helpful. It is within walking distance of the main shopping street Thamrin, and the new subway which is easy to use. The hotel restaurant also serves good food. There is also a very convenient public Blue Bird taxi stand right on the hotel property. Taxis are metered. Drivers courteous,

If you walk in the opposite direction from Thamrin, you come to a less prosperous part of Jakarta. Guests should be told so they do not wander out in that direction at night alone. The small swimming pool in the middle exposed to the restaurant and public makes it inconvenient to swim. Great for kids to play in.

the whole place was very beautiful. the lobby and the rooms smelled clean. such a welcoming ambience. the staff were so friendly! we asked for a little welcome note as we were coming for a concert (suga/agustD -bts) and they did more than asked for!! there was a bts welcome video in the room, the beds were decorated with 15 photocards of agustD and spelled out “suga” on the bed with rose petals. it was such a pleasant surprise. the room was very clean. the bed was comfortable. the toilet was also clean. the breakfast provided has a variety of Asian food and simple western options like bread, cereals and pastries. it was such a pleasant experience.

nothing. everything was good. maybe can suggest to add a small fridge in the room. will be easier. but not an issue cause they still helped us to store our food in their fridge to be collected later.

Price: I have to say that the price is very affordable and we got our money’s worth staying at this hotel Facilities: Pool: It’s Ok. the water is very cold but the pool os clean Gym:Great equipment.Enjoyed the working out at the gym. Toilet & bathroom at the pool and gym: Clean and it has hot water. There’s free shampoo and soap provided, so it’s very convenient Room: Clean, quite spacious especially the twin rooms. The bed is so comfy and the sheets are clean. The bathroom in the room is clean and got no problem with the hot water Hospitality: Nice and I have no complaints. I liked the the decoration, wide korridors, large rooms. Clean Gym, nice indoor pool and very polite personal. Internet fast and good for streaming, Breakfast wide range of Asian food, but also Western available. All the time you have some cars of the local Taxi company parked on Hotel Area, therefore very easy and no wasre of time to get them. one drive from the Hotel to the Grand Indonesian Mall ( about 2 / 3 km ) takes less tha 15min for less than 20K.

We were astonished having no fridge in the room, but actually we didn't need it.

Everything. From the entrance to the room. The hotel felt so welcoming. We went there for purpose of celebrating birthday and wedding anniversary. I would like to compliment Ana who assist me even before I arrived Jakarta. I requested for room decor for both celebrations and it was a smooth, hassled free and pleasant communication. Everything went well and the surprise was great. And not to for Jenn whom I communicated for a while bit becoz she went on leave therefore Ana took it from there. Hotel was near to the shopping area of Tanah Abang and walking distance to others. Rooms were very clean and requests were being handled in a timely manner. Breakfast food is good and even we ordered ala carte lunches, totally big potion for us. I totally recommend this hotel.

I am good all but it would be great if they have bidet in the toilet.

its newly built, well designed and location is great.,

i had some issue 1. after shower, the water will form a huge puddle because the land is not slanted to the drain 2. water keep dripping from under the sink 3. the soap is empty and is not refilled for the 3 nights i stay there. 4. the bathroom door is hard to open and make a big noise. 5. this is a rather big one. i come back to the hotel finding the door is left opened by the cleaning service. lucky i didnt lost anything, but this is a serious problem.

Close to clothes wholesale market which took less than five minutes walk. The decorations of the hotel lobby and dining area were beautiful and colourful. Easy to get taxis to move around as they always waiting near the hotel.

We were disturbed twice by our next room neighbour in the middle of the night. The sound from radio and tv were so loud. We made a complaint to the reception staff and they send off the security personnel to handle the situation. Thank you very much for the quick action.
