I love almost all part of it🥰 1. The room is well-decorated, spacious, and very homey. On top of the usual hotel facilities, the room is also equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove, as well as kitchenware sets. You can also borrow iron and hairdryer if you need. There is even a small section dedicated for you to wear make up and a large wardrobe to put your clothes inside. The bathroom is very comfortable to use. the shower room and the bathtub are among the largest i have ever seen. 2. The staff is generally very friendly, and will try to accomodate ur request. 3. The hotel is situated within central business district

There are almost nothing to dislike about this place. In fact it makes me sad to bid farewell with this hotel LOL. It is just so homey. But if I have to nitpick, there are MINOR things that could be improved: a) the breakfast option is rather limited so it would be great if the menu is more diverse and varied. b) sometimes the operator take a long time to take ur phone calls. But again they are very kind and accomodating so no worries 🥰

Well they have complete amenities in the room. They have kitchen, good size living room, perfect for bringing kids.

Could improve a little bit on cleanliness since they have food crumbs on the carpet. And one of the lady in reception is a bit rude, should train them more..

The rooms are always very clean and well kept. The staff is very helpful and polite. The grounds are quite pretty and well kept. We love the size of the apartments and the great city views. The pool is fantastic when we’re able to use it.

There are no hand towels in the bathrooms, which means you need to always have a bath towel on the counter. We have stayed at Fraser Place three times now. If we had known about the wildly restrictive pool regulations ahead of time, we would have chosen another time to visit. Our children were sad that they could only swim for one hour per day. On one day, we didn’t “sign up” in time and we’re not allowed to use the pool at all that day. Quite a letdown. We now know to check with the staff ahead of time to learn about what restrictions are in place before we book.

There were many staff that were friendly and whom kept the place spotless. The apartment was very spacious. Buffet breakfast was decent. Pool was large a bit cold but nice to swim in.

At 4:30am every morning the Islamic call to prayer is blasted over loud speakers and wakes you up, it’s basically impossible to sleep through and I was on a high floor. Traffic is chaos around the area but that’s probably the same for the whole of Jakarta.

Amazing service and the hospitality of the staff. Spacious space, super comfy bed and very nice pool and outdoor playground. Very close to restaurants and convenient store.

Need to request to the receptionist; hair dryer, dish and washing utilities. Water dispenser are available upon request but I didn’t know this before hand.

Amazing value for money: great location, huge and very good pool, decent gym, and big apartments. Good washing machine + dryer (life saver if you travel longer).

I think the breakfast doesn't worth the price. It's not bad, it's just not good :) Sometimes they are out of non-smoking rooms, and this can be a nuisance.

The apartment was comfortably spread though the room was too small to place a baby cot in it. The swimming pool and children play ground definitely ads value to the stay.

The incredible location as it is near to the city center

The beds need to be switched as there is a dent on the mattress. And the access to the parking in the basement is only accessible until 10PM, so if you come back later than that, you need to use the stairs.

Location/Breakfast/Vegetarian options of food

The rooms facilities are dated and bedroom smell sweat from mattress and pillow. I noticed the bedsheets and pillow sheets are new, but the smell comes from deeper, which indicated the pillows and mattresses are not sanitized in depth regularly.
