Location is near our business trip destination.

I have problem with the return money for deposit when checking in, when checking out the receptionist said that the money will be paid back to my card in 3 days, but until today more than 14 days, I have not received back money. I have contacted many times to the hotel, but no one replied. There is no hotel's email adrress for contacting in the Invoice, except Accor adress email, I even have sent many times but no reply yet. Even I send the request in the Hotel App, but no any information reply to me as well. It's terrible for such situation. I need hotel contact me as soon as possible.

Rooms were in good condition. A well-equipped gym is available. The Lounge serves good food and serves as a good meeting place.

Breakfast was on the down side. Even though a variety of options were available, it was not that good. The seating arrangements at breakfast is a bit odd. The sinks in the bathroom are oddly placed. The lounges and the facilities (pool and gym) close quite early. It feels as if you are stuck in the hotel; the only way to get out of the building is by car. Other than that, it is a good hotel to be in.

All were good except the gym. The exercise machines are a bit dated and old. Upgrade the exercise machines and staff trained to tell other gym users to practice better gym etiquette. Eg one user came in from the pool not wearing any shoes. On another day, another gym user was playing music on his phone very loud. Staff should tell them to practice better gym etiquette.

The interiors of the hotel are mindblowing and worthy of instagram pictures. It was so beautiful. Myself and my son stayed here only for 1 night, but the stay was very comfortable and staff were very friendly. It is quite easy to get to the nearby "Kemayoran" commuter train station from this hotel (but not walkable though). Room was very clean, well lit up and comfy.

Breakfast could have more variety, especially for vegetarians like me. There were very limited options for vegetarian food.

Breakfast spread was sumptuous with a good mix of local and international cuisines. Plentiful seating area, with many options of window side or quite corners, whether in twos or a large group. I do find it odd to sit alone at a long table meant for a large group though. Room was large, clean and wonderful. TV channels were plentiful too.

I expected to find local mini-marts, warungs and food stalls around the hotel, but could not locate them. The hotel is also not near to shopping malls.

1) The hotel location is outside the Jarkata traffic jam. 2) Hotel staff friendly and always ready to help. 3) The hotel location is close to the major children attractions in Ancol - Dafan Amusement park, Atllantis Water Park, Jet Skiing, Ancol Beach etc. 4) The hotel membership makes the hotel services a great value of money. 5) The Blue Taxis on standby outside the main Lobby makes transportation easy and efficient.

Clean room. Spacious room. Worth the value. Location close to JIEXPO. Lots of Blue Bird standby. Cold AC. Close to mini mart. Fast response on room service and housekeeping.

Actually everything went well except for the dinner. good location near to Jakarta Fair. I walked there and back

I was given the option to dine at the buffet restaurant and the bar on the opposite side of the lobby. I prefer a la carte dinner. It took me a long time to order and even longer to get the food. A guest at another table left without dinner after waiting 1 1/2 hours. Another got his food (a caesar salad) after more than a hour. Finally i got mine too. The explanation was that they had to put in the orders manually to the kitchen .

I ran out of soap the first day, while I enhanced it to notice the cleaning staff about filling the bottle, it was done only the last day. had to shower with shampoo nearly my entire stay, not a big deal, but not ideal, and it could have easily been avoided with slightly more attention.

Hotel staff were friendly

Location was poor. No malls or convenience stall in the vicinity. Had to order grab food if I needed food at night, yet grab cannot enter and I have to walk out of the security gates to collect my food. Room was alright, except that the corridors on level 12 had a very strong smoke odour. The smoke odour crept into my room, and I had to keep asking the hotel staff to use a diffuser to clean up the air.
