I've stayed here business-wise for the fight time. For the price, it is a very okay hotel. The staff is really flexible and willing to be of help, for arranging a taxi, for an extra meeting room when needed. The check-in procedure went very fast. Very good breakfast, all kinds of dishes, food. Also always convenient that you can walk inside the hotel into a large shopping mall when you need something.

It's not very luxurious, and some facilities getting a bit older, but it's clean, still functioning, so okay. Two recommendations: - Require that people who use the pool, first take a shower and do not enter the pool with underwear - Put a tip box on some desks. It's not possible to give a tip to each one, but people do really their best. With a tip box, it can be shared.

A spacious room with a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom - constant supply of hot shower. A very-well maintained outdoor swimming pool and indoor fitness centre. A diverse breakfast buffet, offering both Indonesian and international dishes. Friendly and polite staff members. Located in a good sized shopping mall.

The coffee served during breakfast was always luke warm. We ended up asking for hot water to make our own coffee in bigger mugs at every breakfast.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. There is a very good breakfast buffet and when the hotel is full, they are able to open up additional rooms to seat everyone. The hotel is attached to a small shopping mall which offers plenty of eating options. Despite my comment about the bathrooms being old, I have booked another week at the hotel.

Although the bathrooms are clean they are very old. The shower is in the bath, but it is so narrow I found standing up to take a shower can be a problem. I know some rooms are available with walk-in showers, so I think they are trying to do something about the problem.

Room was spacious and the staff was great. We had a bit of an emergency to a friend staying in a different room. When I called the telephone operator & explained the situation, I was put right away to the assistant front office manager who then came up to my friend's room with a first aider to check. He then arranged for a car to take us to a nearby hospital and back to the hotel. Luckily my friend did not suffer anything too serious. We also got invited to the Club Lounge in the penthouse for meal as well. All part of a good service.

The pool area was crowded perhaps because we were there on a weekend. The lone staff at the bar was good but I think there should have been another staff member to help him just so we wouldn't have to wait too long for our food.

Well, the hotel was a bit old, but the facilities were well maintained. Air-condition was super. i bought my own spary fresher, though. The location was great and a shopping mall below us. It's superb convenience.The shower, hot bath and bathe tub is my favourite... Superb. As for the service staff, it's friendly and welcoming. Always ready to help. They are honest staff, where you leave money on the bed "tips". Come back at night, the room was cleaned. Alas, the tips were placed neatly on the desk. Would like to recommend the cleaning staff of the hotel. Amazing.

The traffic conditions in that area are super busy, day and night. There is nothing much negative about the hotel.

- Brilliant customer service. Very fast responses and staff remained in the reception past midnight to receive us in the lobby (our flight was delayed so we arrived ~2AM - thank you staff) - comfortable temperature inside - very nice breakfast. So many selections dan pacar saya suka semua makanan sarapan (kami tinggal di inggris) - COVID measures are exceptional. Better than hotel COVID measures in London. - very easy access to the mall! + only thing, Saya ingin bermain piano di lobby 🤗 + shower is visibly old with smell but not too bad

room was on 17th floor adjacent to the executive lounge The breakfast Buffet was excellent as usual in the executive lounge The evening dinner selection was super together with a good selection of wines, beers and soft drinks which are now available until 10pm which was an added bonus. The last stay over 2 years ago dinner and drinks in the louge were only available from 6pm to 8pm. So i had 2 good relaxing evenings complemented by excellent service as always in the lounge.

the check in procedure in the lobby took to long and staff distracted with phone calls etc. and form filling which i did not need late at night as my flight was delayed. Considering i had already paid on my credit card all they needed was to confirm my identity and allocate a room for me and that could have been done earlier so once i arrived they could have given me the key and and i could have left to go to my room.

I loved the variety of the breakfast! Not only that, but the friendliest staff you could ever imagine! The one staff member also remembered my wife, giving her a discount too! I DIFFENTLY want to come back! Thank you to all staff there! Terima Kasih!

Maybe some things were broken in the rooms. And only one complained about no more other ethnic breakfasts, like before.

Location was good for us. The mall next door was a bonus as we didn't have to go too far for shopping.

We had a late lunch by the pool, and there was just one staff member there to take orders and to pick up the food, and later to collect payment. It will certainly be better if there are at least 2 staff members, especially on a weekend where it is very crowded at the pool.

1. For me the Location was mint - not so far from the airport and directly connected with a Shopping Mall with good food and shops 2. For the price, the variety of menu and the quality of food available from the breakfast package is amazing - Noodles + soup, breads, indonesian and western breakfast are still being given by the hotel 3. fast check in and Check out and assistance from the concierge on material delivery handling

With that price , nothing i didn't like
