very nice malls near by . easy to get to city centre

The lobby lifts and rooms had a very cheap room freshener smell.

We enjoyed the food at the breakfast buffet and in the pizza restaurant at the ground floor. The rooms we got are nice and clean with a nice view of South Jakarta. It's also a few minutes walk away from the venue we intended to visit while we were there so that's very convenient. It's also accessible to grab cars.

We had an issue upon checkout. It took a while to sort out. One of the employees input the wrong numbers on the final bill so they had to back track what went wrong and we had to pay extra for it. While we understand that it may be because we checked in late in the evening, it was still frustrating on our end.

The hotel is on a very busy part of the roads into Jakarta but was simple enough to get to. Parking the basement was simple enough. Check in no problem. Room was big and spacious and the view was looking south. Very quiet. Water pressure good, wifi worked well. Breakfast was big and there was plenty of ffood

The smell in the basement of leaking sewage or something was very strong. The access hatch in the hotel room was covered in dirty hand prints.

I stayed during my mandatory quarantine. The room was spacious and clean. The WiFi was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly, overall a very pleasant quarantine experience!

I could hear the traffic even from 28th floor so pack earplugs for sleep

Many varieties for breakfast. This is one of the rare hotel that provides a coffee machine with multiples coffee types for customers to pick themselves instead of the typical coffee in a jug on a hot plate. The local Indonesian soto is delicious, many types of sambals, cold cuts too. After pandemic, many hotels cut down breakfast varieties hence boring breaskfast BUT not this hotel. Kudos to the hotel staff and management!

There are 2 different elevators for access, for two different buildings. Imagine staying with your family but we need to go down to Lobby floor and change to another one, since we stayed in the different type of rooms. Really bad smell from the basement parking lot. High price for adequate facilities.

The buffet had a variety of foods but catered mainly to Indonesian taste buds. Still, I enjoyed the breakfast. I was fascinated with the egg section counter where a poster displayed the various egg types for you to choose (scrambled, poached, many types of omelets etc. It saves time for you to explain how you prefer your egg.

There is no shopping mall within walking distance.

Breakfast was fine, I read some people not positive about it, but everything you would wish for is there. A bonus is that the staff ask you for coffee or tea and that you can also ask for cappucino at no extra cost (which is not everywhere like that)

Actually there is not much we didn't like. Maybe sometimes the hand sanitizer in the elevators empty but wel also carry our own. If you need transportation take BlueBird. If you take the hotel car (GoldenBird I believe) you pay 10 x more. We needed a ride to the embassy en with the hotel taxi it was 160.000 rupiah and back with BlueBird taxi 12.500

The service was kind and helpful.

WiFi could drop out and ordering larger water containers than water bottles (waste of plastic)

We needed to be close to one of the Embassies and this was just 5 minutes away. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms nice, even had complimentary hand sanitizer in bathroom as amenity. Good breakfast, and coffee shop downstairs serving good snacks, meals and coffee

Requested big bed, but that couldn't be honored at check in. During a previous stay we requested non smoking rooms and for this booking we asked for one room smoking for our driver friend, but there wasnt one available. Reception said because we had non smoking before, they assumed we wanted non smoking again, although we booked smoking at time of booking. The guy at receptioon very friendly though, so that kind of made up for it!
