Breakfast - the variety of food at the Anigre restaurant was excellent! The service staff were all so friendly & courteous, especially the manager Pak Indra, and one of the hostesses Sarah, who went out of their way to ask for feedback and listened attentively. Chef Syarhul Ramadhan appreciated my feedback so much that he even prepared a special breakfast for me on my last morning at the hotel. Room service was also excellent and my request for really hot soup was certainly catered to. Daily cleaning service was also very good.

1. Sometimes the cleaners forgot to replace items used, e.g. to replace shower caps which they removed, but then made an excellent recovery after I provided some feedback. 2. I believe that the telephone cable was loose whereby it disrupted voice communication (altho I did not make a complaint as I did not use the room phone much). 3. There was also something wrong with the sound system of the TV; no sound on 1 of the movie channels, on another channel had to increase sound level to quite high (perhaps it needs an external sound bar),

Extremely friendly staff, very supportive and service oriented Front Desk and Lobby Lounge teams. Guest room like all areas of the hotel are very clean. Very well equipped gym and a pool big enough to really swim. Excellent breakfast buffet offering a wide variety of dishes from different Asian to European/ Continental styles. Very good coffee!! The public areas of the hotel and of the Gandaria Mall which is directly next to the hotel are both packed with beautiful and impressive pieces of contemporary art.

The comfy bed, spacious room for three of us, clean and spotless areas from lobby to the room. I loved the welcome message on the mirror, the afternoon snack though only some nuts and juice but it was really thoughtful. The guest service who called us in the evening asking if we needed anything. And the surprising extra service for us to have breakfast at the Executive Club, much appreciated and my daughters loved it as well. We're not a family who goes to the mall that often on the weekend because there usually is too much traffic, so it was just nice to be able to just go down to have some dinner and just enjoy ourselves. A pity that we did not go up to the Executive Club at night to enjoy the cocktail as we were too tired to do so and my youngest was not 18 yet. That was not our usual weekend, but certainly was a delightful one. Thank you, Sheraton!.

3 days very well spent here during sudden weekend staycation. Many things we like from this hotel: 1. Location of course (it's just one step to Gandaria City) 2. Breakfast at 20th floor lounge. Thanks for great hospitality, especially to Ms. Mei and all other staffs there. They were so kind. Somehow all of staffs in every post were very kind and helpful 3. Check in so fast eventhough we were coming a bit too early 4. Swimming pool We'll come back again someday

They put an amazing birthday welcome for my wife in the room. My wife was very very surprised and excited happy to see the birthday welcome..it made her birthday more special. The best birthday she had.

the location was great and excellent services.

if you’re staying with your toddler, please be aware with the open plug near the bathroom door.. ask the room services to have a babyproof. a part from that it was a pleasant stay

the traffic of the cars in front of the hotel is quite crowded and sometimes jammed.

Great service and consideration at breakfast. The special service (grilled fish) for long stays was also great. Polite and beautiful cleaning, friendly and attentive staff (cute elephant modeling with towels, kind provision of mouse pad). Prompt reception reception (light failure, ice, bottle opener, quick response to any order). Quality laundry service (a little expensive). A full gym space and a spa where you can get healing.

There are no major problems. If I dare to mention the improvement points, the following. If these are improved, it will be the best of the best. ・ Laundry service: It is even better if you have a plan with laundry (N sheets a day, etc.) like other hotels. ・ Breakfast: I would like to see more non-spicy items in the buffet options. The soup stock of chawanmushi is a little too light. It is better to use soup stock (Japanese soup stock). In Japan, it is common for chopsticks to be a little thinner and shorter overall. I would like you to prepare a type of chopsticks whose thickness gradually decreases from the part you hold to the tip.

Elegant decorations and lovely luxurious ambience. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
