Loved the architecture. Loved the service. Loved the staff and their attention to detail. They gave us a free upgrade to 2bhk with private pool. It was an amazing stay. The food in the restaurant and breakfast are amazing. The sun loungers with coconut water elevate your stay. It's a great and laid back resort with exceptional service. I don't usually write reviews but this hotel definitely deserves the rating.

The wifi didn't work correctly on the first night. They fixed it by the morning and gave us portable wifi device. This was above and beyond.

A very charming and unique hotel. This entire complex feels like you’ve stepped right into a wellness retreat. It’s quiet and peaceful and made to feel like you’re in an old temple. The biggest pool I’ve ever seen in a hotel where it’s not overcrowded and plenty of room for all the guests. Staff were amazing! Extremely welcoming and professional. Breakfast was next level good. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay away from overcrowded resorts. We didn’t have enough time to try the spa but it looked amazing!

The price of champagne and bottled wine was exuberant. We were prepared to spend, but $900 for a hotel for a bottle of standard champagne seemed a little far fetched. A very minor flaw for an otherwise beautiful and stunning hotel!

This is a beautiful resort nestled on Jimbaran beach. The rooms are lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed, seating area and bathroom. The staff are all extremely friendly and will do anything to assist. The beach chairs were a lovely place to sit and read. The beach was very clean, with some waves to make it interesting. At cocktail hour you always received a lovely snack to eat while enjoying your cocktail. The restaurant was a lovely place to dine at night and would definitely recommend.

We loved the resort and the location on the beach however Jimbaran bay outside of the resort and beach caters for Indonesian locals. It is completely different to Seminyak with little shopping boutiques, limited restuarants, limited massage shops. There are many restuarants on the beach, but they were all very simple. We loved the resort and glad we went but would prefer other parts of Bali to Jimbaran Bay.

PARADISE! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, all travel stress melted away as we checked in peacefully. Right from the first second, we were showered with warmth and attention, but in a non-intrusive way. The hotel is surrounded by lush plants and vibrant flowers, exactly as you’d imagine. The pool area is very well maintained, the loungers are top-notch, and the attentive staff here are always ready to help. You can even share a joke or have a conversation with them; they’re fascinating personalities with diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Chef Adi – the man responsible for every culinary delight. From breakfast to the lunch menu at Puri Bar, and the traditional Balinese dinner at Neyalan Restaurant on the beach, each meal was a joy. Mr. Charles Kneipp, the hotel director, has truly assembled an exceptional team. Every person contributed to our experience, making us look forward to seeing them every day. It’s pure joy to relax here and simply enjoy it all. We received so much more than we expected. This farewell will surely lead to a reunion! Thank you for everything. Thanks to everyone! We loved the sophisticated ambience put together in such a casual friendly way. The breakfast was fantastic with so many options to choose from. The location extraordinary with sunset drinks every night. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach. Beautiful staff throughout the resort and great activities. Spa very professional with great Balinese massage as well as Chakra Healing.

We stayed at the hotel last year and had a wonderful time so decided to return this year - and we were not disappointed. We love the outlook over the beach and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. Our room and bathroom were spacious and very well maintained and the food in the restaurants delicious and good value. However, the outstanding feature were the staff - who are amazing! A big thank you to all of them with special mentions for Jian and Gedde.

Staff, as always, amazing. Beach OK - it was offshore when we were there however there was still rubbish coming up onto the beach. Know its hard to control and we weren't sure if the hotel staff cleaned up the beach? Breakfast was very good, staff always friendly and attentive, the pool is fabulous and beachside restaurant superb. Hats off to the head chef and his staff! Hoping to return to the Jimbaran Puri next year.

A perfect hotel in every way. The pool villa on the first line is extremely comfortable. The restaurant and the chef are at an extremely high level. Eating on the beach and then enjoying cocktails at the bar overlooking the ocean is great. Special thanks to the waiter Bagus from the restaurant who was extremely kind. Wonderful breakfast and very good service at the villa. The park around the hotel is wonderful for evening walks. We felt no desire to go anywhere else.

Jimbaran Puri is simply amazing ! From the beautiful gardens and pristine pool to the lovely beach and the constant care of our room during our stay, it was a peaceful and serene retreat. But what truly touched us at Jimbaran Puri was the exceptional staff. Despite our extensive travels, we've never encountered a team quite like this, blending professionalism and warmth in a way that made our stay truly unforgettable. Whether it was Gian's warm welcome at the restaurant, Tude's impeccable service and friendly demeanor, or the efforts of Janu and the rest of the team, we felt genuinely looked after. Even on the beach, Ardika ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. And at breakfast, Ari's attentive service was remarkable. While we can't mention everyone by name, every single staff member made our stay at Jimbaran Puri exceptional. However, we want to express our deep gratitude to Wulan for going above and beyond when we really needed help. Our journey in Indonesia hit a snag due to an unexpected issue, and Wulan took the time to assist us in finding a solution. She guided us through the process, comforted us with her warmth and kindness, and ultimately found a positive resolution to our situation. Wulan's exceptional efforts went beyond her job description, ensuring that we could continue our journey smoothly. Without her, it simply wouldn't have been possible. We sincerely hope that the Hotel’s management will recognize and reward Wulan for her outstanding contribution in making Jimbaran Puri one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.
