the spacey design of the hotel and gardens was impressive. the service excellent fantastic weather

the linen was not changed at all for the entire 8 days of our stay

Loved the location at the quiet end of the beach, plenty of beautiful seafood to choose from at the beachfront restaurants right at the doorstep. Rooms were spacious, modern and clean - we loved our lagoon access room! Staff were very attentive and friendly.

There is not a great deal to do within walking distance.

Penthouse Pool was lovely, room was nice

Penthouse room was a little outdated, need to change shower head, water pressure not strong, the two shower heads should be separated (move apart) and could not figure out shower tap, would be great if both shower heads turned on at same time and water not warm enough. Cracked tiles in toilet floor, with tiny ants. Penthouse pool was lovely, however it’s old and has missing tiles, would of had a great view from pool if palm trees were trimmed down. TV was in wrong location. Very hard to watch TV from bed without getting a sore neck. Need some pictures on the wall!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, stylish , Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

The pool looks dirty

The rooms are very large and luxurious with a lot of marble. We had a pool access room which was nice but unfortunately the pool had a lot of chlorine in there which stung our eyes. Unfortunately the pool does not get a lot of sun although the temperature was okay we didn't feel like staying in there for that long. The gardens are very nice and the children's play room is a lot of fun for the little ones. The hotel is very close to the beach front restaurants which is a bonus as we love to eat seafood on the beach. I have to mention all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and provided very very good service.

We found quite a bit of hair and dust in the room it was fairly clean but not to the standard I would expect from this type of hotel. The towels were a little bit stiff and rough but that's a minor thing. We tried the breakfast on one morning. There was a lot to choose from but none of it really tasted very good at all. It was mostly different types of soups and a lot of breads and pastries. Overall it was okay but I'm not sure if I would return.

it was an excellent choice to stay here. Every yhingvwas perfect. the location also Super .. specially if we love eat seafood. All the best restaurant just a few step away from hotel's back door. The room also very Huge and super comfortable bed and pillow. The lightning also very good. All the staff very fast respon.... They also give us water whenever We want more. The only thing is slippery floor near swimming pool. My Son was fall there..... even the life guardian said " yesterday there is a kid also had the same accident here. Hotel.must aware about it and put anti slip carpet around here.

The size of the pool......if only they have bigger pool it will be PERFECT... And there is no private beach ... And.....better give smart television

The room was lovely and a lot bigger than we expected. The pool was lovely. Staff were very friendly, always a smile wherever we went. Good that Front of House Manager requested feedback from people.

Pillows were too soft. There were small areas in the room that needed attending to e.g chip on side of table (room 307), tiling needed replacing on stair to balcony as left exposed wires-would be dangerous for a child if pulled on. Sky Bar was closed for function on our last night and we had planned to watch sunset from there-only found out at last minute that we could not access the area because of a private function so unable to make alternative plans. Maybe inform patrons the day before if the aera id not available (note in room) Need more than 4 pool beanbags available

The most incredible breakfast. Big thank you to the chefs for our daily omelette. The hotel was like any other resort but the staff really made it vibrant and warm. All the staff were amazing and attentive. I wish i could list them all by name but the kitchen, housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff were fantastic. Even the staff cleaning the pool or passing us in corridors smiled and greeted us. A huge thank you to Yuni from the kids club, who interacted with our 15 month old baby and brought him toys / balls etc. And another huge thank you to Smiley, who was kind and very funny / entertaining. Thank you to Ari at the spa for a beautiful treatment. Maintenance staff (Engineers) were also very attentive and fixed our bath right away when it was broken. The location was really good. Beachside and close to all the restaurants for good seafood. The hotel separates rubbish and was kept clean. The resort grounds were great. The security guards and lobby staff were so kind and always greeted us warmly. Kids club was great for my son to explore and would be great for older kids, with so many activities. The gym had everything you possibly need and I didn't get to yoga but it looked fantastic.

The cocktails we had from room service were not very nice, were warm and were overpriced (that being said the pool bar ones were much better). The baby cot we had had a super hard base, not really a matress at all even, and was quite small so my son kept rolling over and waking himself up / did not sleep well for the stay but that's to be expected. Maybe consider some of the softer pop up / travel style cots instead as they are a bit bigger and more padded. I really can't fault anything else. A big thank you.

Staff were exceptional. They remembered us and our room numbers (group of 4 couples) after the first encounter. We had a minor issue with our room that was sorted out quickly and with no fuss, they even sent us some cake with an apology card, which we did not expect at all. Our group of 4 couples were upgraded which was a surprising bonus. Would definitely stay again. Some lovely restaurants lose to the hotel.

Initially the smoke from the seafood cafes that are situated behind the property (nothing to do with the hotel itself) was annoying, but we got used to it. Sky bar could do with an upgrade, make it more appealing and enticing to patrons.
