Great out of way location if you are looking to stay somewhere that isn’t in the hustle and bustle of Jimbaran. It is therefore fairly quiet both during the day and night, without busy traffic or throngs of tourists interrupting a quite holiday. Taxi’s or GoJek are easy to order and don’t take long to get to the resort.

The on-site facilities such as the gym and the massage room. Also liked the friendless of staff. The restaurant is really good and also 2 for 1 cocktails on some evenings.

Slightly tucked away from restaurants and bars and no shuttle service like some of the other Bali resorts. However if you’re looking to relax and just enjoy-everything you need is on-site.

Room is spacious and clean. There was a live singer when I arrive for the night. He had good vocal and sang very well including Mandarin songs. It was nice to see guests using the pool table. Breakfast variety was alright but was hoping to see more choices.

1. The transport arrangement to airport is 3 times the price of a grab ride. 2. Didn't have the chance to try the spa for 2 nites as it was fully booked. I should have make reservation early though. 3. Shower toiletries could have been in bigger containers with bigger label as it was difficult to read for long sighted guests.

Everyone in the resort was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Each of the conversations I had with the staff exudes a kind of warmth and sincerity that is hard to find in many but the best hotels. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and large (I'm 6'3", and it was big even for me). The facilities and amenities were well maintained. I really enjoyed the pool, my 1yo really enjoyed playing in the kids club each morning. The breakfast buffet was not huge, but sufficient. The menu changes very slightly each day. I wasn't sick of the food by day 5. And plenty of options even for fussy kids.

We loved almost everything about our stay there, one let down was the location. It was quite far from Jimbaran beach and shops in general (the resort does provide a shuttle 3 times a day to Jimbaran beach, no return ride). Considering the distance from restaurant and shops, I thought the hotel could put more effort in raising the quality of their food in the hotel restaurant, it was just so so.

All Staff in all areas provided very friendly happy and polite services. Nothing was too much effort for them. And remembering and using my name was an appreciated personal touch 😁 Breakfast buffet had excellent variety. Resturant menu had a good selection of local and Western options which were reasonably priced, well presented with great flavours along with attentive service. The extra long happy hour(s) taking in the tropical pool/garden view further enticed me to stay in for a relaxing evening rather than to venture out elsewhere.

Lovely pool design and garden with convenient access to the resturant. I saw staff, manually scooping the pool out every morning, but, it did not sufficiently remove plant debris from surface and floor of pool. Gritty under foot and had to pick garden debris out of hair and swimsuit after every swim. Did not see or hear an automatic filtering system.😕

Big room, nice balcony and view, hot bath, good bed. Decent breakfast. Very nice greenery in the hotel area, nice smells. Small, but pretty functional gym. Nice staff. Overall good value. I was given a voucher for 250k to spend in the hotel as a Chinese New Year gift.

It would be nice to have cooked bacon for breakfast, not just processed meat like sausages. I would expect better cleaned room sofa fabric, as it was with big spots (some spilled food or whatever) and crumbs around sides of sofa seats. Close to the hotel building, hotel's cooling/AC systems (fans) are very noisy, that clearly needs to be replaced/repaired or get better service. It's pretty far from the room, but still can be heard a little at night when it's very quiet. Not a big deal, but should be improved for better comfort.

The property was lovely but away from everything and we needed to catch a taxi every time leaving the hotel. It was very expensive, but nice.

The price didnt reflect in the accomodation. I had to use the kettle in the bedroom as the powerpoint was broken in the living room. The air-conditioner stopped working after the first day in the living room. The family suite was one king bed and one queen bed. We paid for an extra bed. Families would prefer to have seperate beds for children. Especially 3 teenage boys. It was disappointing that on the web site it said it was for 5 people.

The super hotel with high level services. We celebrated our marrige anniversary and hotel did nice gift us to the room. We had a nice change to try yoga in hotel and it was great experience. I especially liked that hotel Manager Gusti did short feedback survey during breakfast - this is gives valuable information to hotel for future developments. And security persons in hotel were supre kind as well. Thank you very much Royal Tulip!

The juice in the breakfast was bad and reccommend to change it for real juice, in aim not to spoil very good level of breakfast.

This was our first stop on our Bali adventure, a week in the Royal Tulip to give us a base to explore Uluwatu. The hotel is quite nice, a little dated, but great facilities nonetheless. The hotel didn't seem too busy when we were there, so getting food service or a sunbed was no issue. Staff were always friendly and happy to accommodate. The kids had a great time with the kid's club staff member, and they made a few friends too.

It's a little remote - not much in the area apart from walking distance to the Jimbaran Hub & a little further afield by car/bike to Jimbaran. The location wasn't great for us to explore Uluwatu, while Jimbaran Beach is accessible in 10 minutes car/bike or so, everywhere else like Dreamland Beach, or Bingin, or Pecatu, or Padang Padang was over 30 minutes or more away by car/bike, and some of the roads nearby were lethal (especially one towards the back of the hotel - I'm a seasoned motorcyclist, and this one gave me the heebie jeebies!) The hotel is a little dated (or our block to the left of the reception was), but great facilities nonetheless. The pool area has a few cracked paving slabs, and the water slide is a bit rickety. But overall the pool area has a lovely ambience.
