Good hotel in walking distance of the airport, amazing pool. I wouldn't recommend it for vegans as the staff didn't seem to understand the concept of not eating cheese. Apart from that communication problem they were very helpful and friendly.

The fact that you are only 5 minutes from the airport. You could book out of you old place and the spend a few hours relaxing, havind a swim and have a meal, instead of spening a lot longer at the airport

The bathroom could be better ie, the toilet set was stuck on with tape not screws, could do with an upgrade but the price will go up as well. for the amount of time and money you pay it is wortht it

Overall the hotel looks attractive, especially the pool area, with the soothing sound of water falling from two statues. I liked having a balcony to sit out on, and the view from there was pleasant. The bedroom was a good size, the bed very comfortable, also the bedding and towels were very clean. There was plenty of cupboard space, as well as a desktop, stool, and bedside table. Solar power enabled hot water to spout from the shower. The staff were cheerful and friendly, the receptionists were also especially helpful with information and directions. Housekeeping carries out daily room cleaning. Paper tissues, shampoo, liquid soap, and toilet paper were provided. Also two bottles of water daily, a kettle, cups with saucers, and sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar. The perk of a free pick-up or drop off from or to the airport was great, as I arrived around 13.15 hours, am elderly, and travel alone. Otherwise it's an easy ten minute walk from the hotel. The beach is also about a ten minute walk away. There are plenty of dining outlets dotted around; both tourist orientated, and local warangs. The room rate is very reasonable.

The bathroom could have done with some attention, although I've seen worse.

I always spend a few hours in Manggar Hotel before my flight, i like it there. They have a spa; if you book a massage they will call a therapist for you (they are not always there). I always had a good experience, but this time the massage-lady did ask for tip. One hour cost 180K and i had only 200K. She said she has no change i shoud give the 20K to her, why I don‘t give her anything. I always tip when im happy with a service but she was very pushy. So i paid directly in the hotel instead to her and gave her 8K tip. She showed a really bad face and didn‘t even said goodbye to me because she wanted the 20K. Sad…

For those on the adventure road and more.on the minimalist lifestyle the place is perfect ,whether you are just resting and hitting the road for adventure or just want to relax and enjoy indoors , just enough and a bit of every ,it's safe ,clean ,the place's got a swimming pool ,spa,restaurant ,room service ,wifi ,etc etc , and also very affordable, a very.strategic point ,walking distance from the airport , walking distance from the beach , and close to an infinite amount of restaurants ,shops , and friendly people .

Steal deal..just 5 mins away from the airport. Excellent property with Kuta market in walking distance and the price was worth for. The staff was super friendly and they even give you one way free airport pickup/drop. The room was spacious with hot tub, tv, hot kettle, big wardrobe, etc. What else you can also for a stay for just 20USD?

The Ac has some problem and there was humid, the floor was wet all night. I ignore this as such problem can happen. I shared this feedback with the staff and they apologised for it and said they will fix it.

Great hotel about 3 mins to airport. Perfect place to stay if arriving late at night or for late night departure. Free one way shuttle to or from airport. I stayed for one night when arriving late at night and for approx $40 aud I had free airport pickup and free breakfast, the nasi was fantastic. . Also stayed for a few hours prior to 11pm departure again with free airport shuttle. Great location close to the airport and value for money.

The towels desperately need replacing as they are a little worn however they were clean so that was a plus.

I was very grateful to avail of the free pick-up from the airport. It's only a ten minute walk, but I arrived alone, late at night, in the wet season. The bedroom is big, clean, comfortable, and is amply furnished. I like the tea and coffee making facility. I also like the balcony, complete with furniture, and appreciate that the bathroom shower spouts hot water.

The bathroom needs a deep clean. As with my previous, longer stay, a neighbour's dog barks a fair bit, so staying asleep isn't easy.

The hotel is nice and and provides all the facilities indicated on the website. The staff has been very friendly too. If you arrive at the airport at night, it is a very good option because it is located very close

When you arrive at the airport there is a lot of chaos at the exit with various people waiting with signs and names of the guests. In our case we requested the pick up service from the airport to the hotel and although the plane arrived on time, the person was not there waiting for us. Due to the chaos at the airport itself, it took us more than half an hour to check if anyone was there with our names on the sign. When we couldn't find it, we had to call the hotel through the airport's customer service, and they just came to pick us up there. Therefore, I recommend that when you arrive at the Bali Airport, you directly go to the "Customer Service" module and call the hotel to ask for exact instructions on where to find the taxi driver and avoid the chaos at the airport.

The location is very good, very close to the airport and to all main streets. Good point that one trip to the airport is included in the price. The hotel is cozy, rooms are nice, only bathroom requires renovation.

Breakfast was bad. Additionally, staff did not find the information that we prepaid for the breakfast during booking. After our trip the hotel charged 2 times strange amounts from my bank account and did not inform me why. So I am still waiting for the explanation.
