In terms of food, the quality of what I ordered was great, the taste never disappointed. The best part was the dependable buggy service, which was efficient. They even offered buggy service as courtesy to link with the adjacent resort. The employee staff is what impressed me the most – employees were all friendly staff who were quite accommodating. Their attitude to help and assist did add to the general experience.

The room service I requested, in addition to the food, was slow to arrive, and I had repeatedly asked for an extra set of towels. It was irritating to dial the reception countless times so as to receive a response, and to wait thirty to forty minutes for delivery, especially if you've had a rough day. Also, the selection of food items was inadequate – one should have had a larger pool to choose from.

We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

Nothing. There was a miscommunication between Booking and the hotel about one of the amenities in our room, but when we raised the issue with staff they went above and beyond to try to fix the issue which they promptly did.

Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were consistently blown away by exceptional service. The staff at Natra Bintan and The Patio Restaurant deserve immense praise. Every interaction was a positive one, demonstrating their genuine care for guests and their commitment to providing personalized service. It felt like they truly knew us, anticipating our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their impeccable manners and respectful demeanor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the concierge was always available to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and assist with any requests. Their promptness and efficiency were truly impressive. Getting around the resort and nearby attractions was a breeze thanks to the friendly and efficient buggy drivers. This resort truly caters to everyone, making it the perfect family getaway. We highly recommend this resort. We can't wait to return!

Met wonderful staffs, whom are very attentive, polite, and welcoming. Truly exceptional! The resort also prepared a pleasant surprise for us when they got to know that we were there to celebrate our anniversary. The use of WhatsApp to reach the front desk was very convenient, and response from the staff were fast too! We would like to specially mention their staffs whom we met during our stay, Debi, Renita, Todo, Deff, Anung, Satifah, and another lady staff in spectacles at the restaurant (sorry that we didnt get her name!). They have definitely made our stay much more enjoyable and homely!

The massage was really disappointing for the price its charging at. Masseuse ended ard 10mins earlier, technqiue wasn't up to mark. The food at Patio Restaurant is generally good, however, it would be better to have more variety to its ala carte menu.

The amazing, friendly and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble and staff made you feel very special ( they even made birthday cakes for those with birthdays unasked for). The beautiful large tents were very comfortable with an outdoor (covered) bathroom. Breakfast was inclusive, extremely generous, varied and delicious. We spent so much time in the fantastic pool/ lagoon. We were a large family ( 18 months to 80 years) getting together for a special birthday and it was the perfect holiday for all ages. There were water play activities and slides on the lagoon ( extra charge) and a very good golf course nearby. Food and drinks very reasonably priced. Highly recommend the resort

It's a unique glamping stay, something different from the usual lush hotels we were used to. We were worried that we would be peckish at night since there were no convenience stores around the area however, there was still an option for in-room dining even though we were sleeping in a tent! There was even an option to have a BBQ outside our tent so we had it for one of our dinner nights. The breakfast spread was good and sufficient too. As for the "room" itself, we were very happy and comfortable. It had a very spacious and comfortable bed, air-con to beat the heat outside and good channels for TV entertainment. Oh, and the spa is not bad.

Being in Indonesia, we expected the prices for food and activities to be on the very affordable side, however, food prices would come close to staying at a hotel in Singapore. A lunch meal for 2 adults + 1 child would come close to SGD95. Treasure Bay (not a part of Natra) offers many wet and dry activities but you will need to pay for every single one of them and some (or most) of the prices are very close to what you could have paid for in Singapore. We were there to have fun and de-stress so we ignored the prices and swiped our cards away but the stress came back once we were back home and looked back at all of the receipts.

The TV reception wasn't the best, Al Jazeera and other news channels kept freezing and was hard to follow the news. Sections of the lagoon was closed off for swimming, this is due to other water activities. I would've liked to be able to swim from one end to the other when the activities were not taking place. The Tribute Portfolio resort channel kept continually playing a story of a jewish Spanish girl talking about her religion, struggle of her diaspora, longing for homeland, etc. - not appropriate at the moment when Israel is bombing Palestine, please keep zionist propaganda away, instead show how Palestinians are mistreated in their home land by zionists.

We travelled as a family with 3 kids aged 2, 8 and 10. Natra Bintan was family friendly: baby chairs, cutlery for children, dining areas which we could sit in our wet swimsuits as well as a small table for kids. Crystal Bay was like a beach minus jellyfish and super salty water. Lifeguards were watchful over guests There one restaurant at Natra which provided a diverse and tasty menu at reasonable prices. We had a tasty Bbq dinner set up at our tent. Treasure Bay at the resort had a wide variety of activities which suited every age group A big shout out to the staff! We were greeted with kindness and warmth at the reception. The buggy teams were always smiling and efficient. Togo and Alwi from the restaurant were amazing! They were always cheerful, accommodating and professional. All their food recommendations were spot on for flavour and quantity!
