Neo Kuta Legian it’s amazing hotel, we stayed there 35 nights, more then one month. As a travelers we looked for a place where we can stay longer then 1 weeks. And this hotel was excellent choice. The staff is very kind. Amazing breakfast, working table in the room, comfortable bad and pillows, good shower. They clean room and change towels every single day, with is amazing. Hotel have a lounge zone where you can calm read book or have your time, and it’s not a lobby. Hotel have a good swimming pool. I recommend to live in the second floor in rooms 215-225 , you will have quite place with a green trees outside of your windows. Also in the hotel is always fresh air, even if outside is so hot, this hotel have a ventilation and air go inside the pool zone and rooms. Also hotel has a restaurant with a very tasty dishes and good prices. I am so grateful to the team for serving us, we were worry to leave this place and will miss it 100%

Buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff are super always going out of their way to make you comfortable. Had a ground floor suite and it was huge with a very cold air-con and lovely pool access. Location is so central and behind the main street clubs but you could not hear a thing it was very quiet.

Only problem we had was a small mouse had stuck into our room but it had obviously eaten a few rat baits and was on its last legs so just flicked it out and the staff disposed of it straight away and were very apologetic. This wasn't even an issue for us as there was nothing that anyone could have done to prevent this happening as we had left our pool view doors open for the breeze.

have stayed at Neo+ at 2015 (2 bookings) and we have stayed here this year 2024 again (2 bookings). The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. You're always greeted with a smile and sometimes we would have a little chat. This counts for all the staff members. We also had the breakfast included in our booking and the food is always nice and varied. Also the food from the ala carte menu is good. The rooms are very nice and are tidied up everyday. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is amazing and has such a relaxed feel to it, although in the center of Kuta. The swimming area is also very nice, since it's secluded within the walls of the hotel. I would definitely come here again and would recommend others to stay here as well.

Little wear and tear.

The room was good, have all you need, and includes daily bottle of water for each. The swimming pool was nice and is never too crowded so you can go at any time. The staff very helpful.

The cleaning was not good enough, is was so fast that left a lot of things without proper cleaning. When we've arrived the shower drain had hair on it, the floor of the room stains, etc. And every day we were there the shower door was getting more and more stains with soap and shampoo. They do a daily cleaning, just not good enough.

The Breakfast is absolutely amazing , huge buffet type of Breakfast. You name it was there . Huge selection , caters for everyone. The eating area was lovely . The Koi fish gave you a tranquil feel . Every level you stopped at in the lift had something nice to look at as the doors opened . Very quiet. Close to everything . Lots of complimentary things . Slippers , Shower cap , Toothbrush & tooth paste , Ear buds , Soap and more all sealed . Jug & Coffee making facilities in room .

1. the staff were very nice and helpful with everythig 2. there was someone at the reception desk 24/7 3. there was a spa at the hotel that provided lots of massages and manicure pedicure and hair braiding 4. breakfast included both an asian and a western cuisine 5. good location 6. beautiful hotel with all the rooms having a view of the pool 7. very clean comfortable beds 8. complimentary water bottles provided to the room every day as well as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, flip flops and hair dryer

We loved our stay here, the hotel was great value for money and the staff were wonderful especially with our 7 month old baby, the even upgraded us to a bigger room which was very much appreciated! The cocktails and pool were also awesome and location was right in the heart of Kuta. We would definitely stay again

Staff were excellent,nothing was to much trouble for them..very friendly,happy always smiling.my room was large,very comfortable, breakfast was good..pool was lovely. Walking distance to everything , 10 mins walk to the beach,,,special thank you to Gekmas and Putu...I recommend this hotel...I will be back

We were a group of 24 and enjoyed that this property could cater for us. The location was perfect as being a big group we were able to walk to most places.

It was unfortunate that the pool closed at 8 pm. We were busy each day we were there. It wouldn’t get back to the hotel till the evening so missed out on the pool.

The room was simple but comfortable and even though the hotel is close to all nightlife areas, bars, and restaurants, it is in a quiet side street-

Breakfast could be improved. It seems the staff is not trained to serve it or prepare it properly. A cook would probably help to make it hotel like.
