The hotel was a lovely tranquil please to have a relaxing holiday.

The beds definitely need more comfortable mattresses for the double beds. Our mattress was to hard for me to sleep on without pain.

Excellent location and grounds.

Upon arrival, villa wasn’t ready at advertised checkin time. We had to sit and wait for over an hour in the heat At reception- weren’t even offered a cool drink whilst waiting

Bed was so hard and after 14 days it was horrible please buy quality toppers. Hot water was a hit and miss barley warm would have been better and the pressure was also hit and Miss. A second pool would be great KIDS POOL. More sun chairs . Service from the swim up bar to guest lounging around pool would increase sales. Staff members cleaning up around the pool side would be good . Not just at the end of the day. Music around the pool would also be nice. Bar staff spent to much time just standing behind bar talking with kids and other staff.

Security at reception accused us of drinking two beverages from the bar fridge. We didn’t even drink their items as they are cheaper at Circle K etc we only drink bottled water.. they refused to believe us even after accompanying them to the room and indicating we don’t drink sugary beverages. .. I was an embarrasing and humiliating ordeal that spoilt our stay and respect for the staff. We are honest people and it was the principal of being accused not the cost of $5AUD drinks

Great location, beautiful gardens, lovely pool, great food and service.

Not enough seating around the pool.

Loved that it wasn't a multi story hotel. The gardens are amazing. Our room was huge. ALL staff were so friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was devine

The only one thing I would say was a bit of a problem for me was the ladder getting in and out of the pool. The second step spins around. But that's it. Just needs tightening

I stayed in a one bedroom villla with pool and spa. The pool and spa were clean as was villla. Great Bed nice sheets. Great looking bathroom.

There were issues with the spa slow to fill and then emptying but this was rectifying by the friendly staff. Shower didnt drain well. I got the option of floating breakfast or breakfast at the restaurant. One day I asked for floating bfast in room as weather wasnt permitting floating. Everything looked amazing and tasted amazing but unfortunately was cold. A little disappointing but hard to get it warm to room from restaurant i guess.

Great value, the family room has 2 double beds but our boys didnt want to sleep together (twins would be ideal). We bought our own blow up bed with us and staff gave us extra sheets to build a fort for one child. Pool area is great and gardens are fabulous, love the local friendly cats too. The room is large and i love that the beds are in seperate rooms yet one access. We didnt have the included breakfast in our stay so cant comment on that but the restaurant food was great.

Rooms are hit and miss, first room door closed with a 2cm gap the whole way down and wouldn't lock. Shower didnt work and just dribbled. We swpped to the room next door the next day and had a better shower and door closed and locked.

Three Brothers was recommended to us by a seasoned Bali traveller and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, walk to great bars and shops, massage etc. TB staff are beyond helpful and always smiling. We slept in a bungalow and it was so quiet. The pool with swim up bar is super deep which our kids loved, to show off their diving skills. Swim up bar is awesome, with a toilet close by so no peeing in the pool. Nice cocktails reasonably priced, with the nachos guacamole yummy to nibble on. We will definitely be back, and will recommend to all who want a relaxing place to stay.

There is nothing to dislike at Three Brothers

The location is great and the staff are really friendly and are helpful. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept,every day they are working to keep it looking fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the outdoor bathroom is lovely. It has a lot of charm. The pool is very clean and not cold.The Restaurant attached to the hotel has a great menu and the food is ready good.

The only thing I could find fault was that the bed was extremely hard, I did get a topper but unfortunately it didn’t make any difference. The breakfast is basic ,this was enough choice for us
