On breakfast : Ketan with sambel oncom is something different - you must try one, maybe they can serve other variety of local food such as surabi oncom, surabi kinca, etc... than lower quality asians food (sushi and dinsum). Swimming pool is great even it was not warm water (no issue from me), but need to build second pool somewhere as some guest will need ample time than only one hour lazy-ing at pool side (considering the hotel is a leisure hotel not business hotel and the price we pay). Room is OK considering cleanliness; even compared with other 5* hotels in Bandung GAIA is smaller. Noise outside room is not fully soundproof.

Need further improvement of the taste and quality for sushi (not fresh) and dinsum (if you cant make a good dinsum - better to delete this in the menu). I am not sure if I miss reading the info or not written by Booking.com that the gym is not ready yet.

The hotel is exceptional. Breakfast was good with lots of different options. So many activities to do in the hotel and the location that is close to the city and all the tourist attraction is a plus.

City view equal noise from the road outside. Everything is really good except the noise from the road outside just keep getting in the room. For the price we paid it is just unacceptable. If you are a light slepper just dont take the city view room!!

Breakfast is good, the choises of food and beverages are excellent while enjoying the fresh air of lembang in the morning.

The position is in a traffic area, so we cannot go outside hotel easily, it costs a lot more to have lunch and dinner at hotel.

Atmosphere and friendly staffs

During breakfast food unavailable was replace late. Waffle was hard and bread and cake not much variety. Facilities should add on. Should have warm pool. Mini bar was excellent and staffs are nice

their various breakfast menu are interesting.

the smell that come up from our toilet and near Koi pool is unpleasant. and we wish they have outdoor playground for children.

Location is good, facilities are complete, swimming pool is great.

The restaurant is too expensive, with a way-too-long time to prepare the food. Kids were angry when the food came, and not quite excited anymore to eat.

Breakfast was excellent with broad range of food..and the server was great.

The room was noisy, not only from the road but also from the next door room and outside the room.

the location is strategic, such a big hotel with a nice view.

The health protocols needs an improvement. such as limit the numbers of people in the restaurants (esp during the breakfast).

Staff very friendly

Nothing….only maybe bring back variaties of fresh juice in breakfast like before.
